Thank you for mentioning that the pool was wonderful and that I was a great host. However, I need to address the concerns in your review. You stayed for 30 days and did not report a single cleanliness issue, maintenance concern, or appliance problem at any time. If the home had been dirty upon arrival or if the dishwasher was “barely working,” I would have expected immediate communication so it could be resolved. None was provided. The statement that the house was “dirty” is vague and unsupported by specifics. The home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. After your departure, the cleaning crew documented that the property required an extensive deep cleaning and noted that it appeared you had not performed any routine cleaning at any point during the entire 30-day stay. Given that no cleaning was done by your party during a full month, it is difficult to understand how the home’s cleanliness could be a concern during your stay. Interior furniture was also moved outside and left outdoors for an extended period by your party, which accelerates wear. It is not reasonable to criticize furnishings after using them in a manner they were not intended for. I have invested nearly a quarter of a million dollars into this property and continue to maintain and improve it. With a 9.6/10 rating across 33 reviews, this review does not reflect the experience of the vast majority of guests. Constructive feedback is welcome when communicated clearly and in real time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the home clean, the beds comfortable, and enjoyed the pool. First, the home is listed to sleep up to 10 guests and is set up accordingly based on its bed configuration. Your reservation was for 8 guests. Regarding seating, the home is provided as shown and described in the listing. We did accommodate the seating included with the property. During your stay, additional seating was requested beyond what is listed and provided. Regarding the dining chair issue, we received your message in the afternoon and delivered a replacement chair the very next morning, along with additional utensils shortly after your request. As for kitchenware, the kitchen is fully stocked with standard cookware, including pots suitable for general cooking and pasta preparation. There was no communication during your stay regarding a missing pasta pot or any cookware issue, and we would have been happy to assist if made aware. Regarding utensils and dishware, no issues with chipped items were reported during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can resolve concerns in real time. Towels are inspected regularly by our cleaning team and replaced as needed. We also received a high volume of messages throughout your stay regarding various minor items, all of which we made efforts to address promptly, especially during peak season.
