Nestled on a 1/4 acre fenced in oasis that includes a large, open spacious pool deck for lounging with a sparkling pool that has just been resurface and surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, multiple seating, hammock and charcoal and gas grills for outside dining on the deck.

If you want to get out of the sun, we have a charming lanai with a comfy couch, chair and ottoman that is ideal for reading, entertaining or if you just want to take a nap.

Lawn Crew - Wednesday mornings.

Parking - 4 spots in the driveway and room for trailer or boat parking on the road as it is located a a semi private circle with minimum traffic.

Pool cleaning - Wednesday, Thursday or Friday depending on check-in and check-outs. Pool is open concept and is 30% warmer than covered pools.
Windy days can cause some debris in the pool between cleanings. Feel free to let me know if you need it skimmed.

A boat is stored on the property and out of the way.

There is an addition - A mother- in-law suite on the back of the garage built when the garage was built. It is not a rental!
It has its own private yard, gate and entrance and does share with the rental
and sometimes occupied.
