Inside, you'll find an inviting, three-level interior. Vaulted ceilings soar in the light-filled Great Room, highlighted by a natural gas fireplace as well as amazing mountain and river views. Prepare everything from picnics to three-course meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with modern appliances and ample granite counter space. Extra perks include radiant floor heating, an in-home washer/dryer, and ceiling fans that provide cooling throughout.
Step out to your covered back deck to find a firepit, gas grill and stunning mountain views. Experience ultimate relaxation on the scenic back porch, which features a brand-new, extra-large hot tub for up to 8 guests. Soak in the soothing waters as you take in breathtaking views of Blackhead Peak and Squaretop Mountain, with a private path leading directly to the river, offering the perfect setting for reconnecting with nature and each other.
Downstairs everyone will love the new game room! Complete with a foosball table, electronic dart-board, and a retro cocktail arcade game with over 400 retro games to play! It is the perfect place for the family to hang out after a day of skiing, hiking or fishing

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
