Bille, thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by construction during your stay. According to our records, we responded to your concerns on September 17, after we were able to collect the facts from all parties involved. We had no knowledge of any construction being done nor is it in our program. According to Durant Station staff, there was a safety issue that needed to be addressed urgently, but there was a failure to inform us and the owner of the need to enter your unit during the construction. We have been in contact with the HOA and they profusely apologize for the lapse in communication on their end and have asked we express that to you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
