The home has open concept living/dining area with cathedral ceiling. The breakfast bar and eat in kitchen looks out onto the beautiful pool and back yard. The huge master bedroom has KING size bed with en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a very comfortable KING size mattress as well as a shared full bathroom. This home offers sliding glass doors out to the Florida sun room with two very comfortable couches. A fully screened in lanai has a LARGE 14x32 sparkling salt water pool (can be heated for additional fee) and plenty of room for entertaining. Situated inside the large lanai is an outdoor dinning space perfect for poolside dining. Newly added large covered patio and grilling area. The beautifully landscaped property has lots of palm trees, fruit trees, as well as tropical flowers thru out.

Put on your outdoor adventurer hat and visit Weeki Wachee Springs State Park just 10 minutes west. Rent a kayak to take out onto the tranquil canals as you explore the lush terrain Florida offers.

Beach-goers will want to pack a picnic to take to nearby Pine Island Beach. Even sports fisherman will have the opportunity to enjoy the area attractions when they book a tour using Bulldog Fish Charters.

If you're in the mood to shop, check out the variety of stores at the Coastal Landing Shopping Center less than a mile away. Take a day-trip to Clearwater and the Tampa area, just a 1-hour drive south.
