Cute place!

Check in was super easy. Communication with Kenny was great he reaponded very quickly. The unit was perfect for my and my husband. We are laid back people and didn’t need anything fancy! The space was just what we needed!

Great week away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at PCB for a family vacation and softball nationals. The condo was in a perfect location and had great amenities. Everything was clean and as expected upon arrival. Like most rentals a few updates here and there wouldn’t hurt. Overall great stay and would return!

Much needed vacay!

The grounds were wonderful. Condo was good and perfect size for us. The only complaint that is not the owners issue is the slow elevators and construction that was going on. I would stay here again without hesitation! Kenny was great. Communication was wonderful.

Great place right on the beach. The description of the condo is accurate and met expectations. Staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again. They are strict on only people staying on the property being allowed to enter. I appreciated that. It was a convenient and quiet stay for a weekend getaway.

First time beach stay and loved it

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Location was good since we weren’t familiar with the area but many places to eat and do where not too far away. The beach was clean and access was easy. Elevator wait was not bad. All in all, very pleased with the condo, the location, and the price.

Perfect Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect, and it was right on the beach. The condo itself was clean and cozy, but spacious enough for our family. There’s tons of things to do, and fun for all ages. We will definitely be coming back!

Much Needed Getaway

This was a shorter trip for us but very much needed and enjoyable! We loved being high enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views and also loved that we were far enough from the dj at the tiki bar that th noise wasn’t disturbing. We loved the condo and all fit comfortably and had everything we needed. Will be back!!!
