Great house, perfect size for 2 families. Pool and hot tub were great, and the game room was a big hit with our teenage boys! Had everything we needed, and hosts were great and communicating and graciously accomodated our travel plans. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Stay!

The property was as described. It was a perfect place for our group of six adults attending a conference for a week. It was close to the Disney parks as well as stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and spa, game room, and the bedrooms were all comfortable. Tara and Mike were accommodating when we had a change in plans as well. If we return to Orlando, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Fantastic Holiday VIlla

Stepping into the villa really was a home form home. Everything you could possibly need is there and you can just focus enjoying your holiday. The villa is well placed for access to the Disney parks just a short drive away. Pool and games room were fantastic keeping the kids entertained.

Brilliant villa stay in a brilliant location!

The property itself is great, spacious and with plenty to do in the villa a-side from the all the theme parks and attractions. The games room in the garage is really good and has AC too. The bedroom themes are top notch and my daughter loved the princess themed room as well as having her own en-suite bathroom, which every bedroom also comes with which is really good. The location is fantastic, close to the highway which has lots of restaurants and shops and of course only 15 minutes to most of the Disney parks! We couldn’t fault anything with this place and will definitely look at rebooking for the future.

Excellent house and location

We had a terrific stay at this property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and welcoming. Dealing with the hosts was a breeze as they were always very quick to respond and accommodating when we had to make a change to our original booking. Everything within Windsor Hills was great and we’d definitely book this house again.

Wonderful Home and Host!

We have been doing VRBO stays for many years and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The communication with the host throughout was excellent and the home is amazing! This home is in excellent condition. It is one of the cleanest and best appointed homes we have ever stayed in. We never had to make a call for service or support. All of the home systems are in great shape. The HVAC works well…able to get down to 70 even though daytime temps were in the mid-90s. The furniture and beds are in great shape. We give this stay 6 stars!

Great vacation

Tara and Mike’s house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub every day, especially after getting back from a long day out enjoying the attractions. The pool area has just the right mix of sun and shade. The games room is also great for pool and video games, especially the arcade game they have. Tara and Mike made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and were very quick to respond to any of our messages. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful stay - everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful two weeks at the Sunshine Tree Villa. The location is perfect for Disney parks with a huge Walmart close by and lots of places to eat a short drive away. We only used the communal pool twice but the kids had a blast on the slides. The Villa itself was spotless and superbly equipped. We used the games room every day and pool most days. The aircon was great which is a must in the August heat. Tara and Mike were quick to answer a couple of questions that I had. We will be back.

Everything we hoped for…… and more

Just back from a wonderful 3 weeks at sunshine tree villa. Windsor hills is easy to find and well located to visit everything Florida has to offer. The resort was very well maintained, my daughters and I enjoyed a couple of games of tennis and regular visits to the water park. The Villa is lovely, nicely themed bedrooms and really spacious throughout. The games room was great and needed its own separate holiday to masters all the activities available. We cannot wait to get back!

Great Stay

Everything was great and as advertised. Communication was easy between property managers and us. Very attentive and accommodating. Rating a 4.5 as Lear was a roach that fell off the pool table our second night there while playing pool and a used band aid next to the hot tub. Other than that everything was great and as advertised!
