Suburban Round Rock Home Where Cozy meets Comfort

Our home has been completely renovated into a cozy and inviting oasis. Located in an established part of Round Rock the neighborhood's charm is the first thing you notice upon arrival. You are then greeted with a charming yet modern home complete with everything your group needs for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our three bedroom home offers a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two full size XL beds, the remaining two bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The open concept living room has a 50-inch TV and flows right into our dining area and kitchen. There is also a full-size pull-out couch for those groups that need additional sleeping arrangements. One our best features is the large covered back patio with BBQ grill.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
