WeWelcome you Waterpark Central in Suburban Austin

WeWelcome you to our beautiful two-story home which features vaulted ceilings and a large living room with plenty of natural lighting. Best of all we are 10 minutes from two of Austin’s best waterparks, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and Typhoon Texas Waterpark. Those are just a couple of the many activities that surround our suburban Austin neighborhood. We are also only a few minutes from some of the many major businesses that call Austin home such as Dell, Tesla, and Oracle.

Our two-story home features a large living room with three second floor bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers two queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a full-size XL bed respectively. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor as well as an upstairs laundry.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you with all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee or host fee on the breakdown.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secret is safe with us, and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.

In addition, we have our house rules posted throughout the home not as a nuisance but to serve as a reminder to our guests that this is our home and to please respect it. We thank you for your understanding.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
