The two modern bathrooms are stocked with all essentials for your comfort and convenience. A master bathroom has a new modern a walk-in shower. We got you covered with plenty of extra towels and eco-friendly toiletries.

A fully equipped kitchen makes a food preparation a pleasurable experience. Coffee, tea, olive oil, and essentials spices - all provided. Enjoy your quality time with family or a favorite show on a smart TV with friends in the spacious comfortable living room with a large TV. Additional family room with TV is very convenient or family with children.

* OUTDOOR SPACE *
The sparkling pool and large outside area will be your favorite place to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee at the pool or grill some local seafood/BBQ on the outdoor grill and enjoy your company at the dining table that seats 6 under the open sky. Outdoor lighting sets the tone for the evening.


* BEACH SUPPLIES *
Ready for the beach? Siesta Key Beach is only 15 min away. We provide 6 beach towels, 4 lightweight beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers (2 different sizes), an umbrella, and some beach toys for children.
The entire house is yours to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!

The "Pack and Play" , a highchair, and a stroller for children are available. There is an additional fee for heating the pool during cold months ( November 15- April 15) $20/night. The pool temperature will be around 82-84 degrees.

The house was so cozy and close to everything that we had planned to do while here. The host was super nice and made sure that our stay was perfect. She even gave us plenty of ideas about places to visit while here. The house had everything that you would need. I have stayed at numerous Vrbo houses and this house by far has been the best one. We will definitely be back!

We had a great 4 night stay here! We rented this house to be near where our family was staying a few minutes away. While our days were primarily spent at our family's house, we found this house provided us with all the important things to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The whole place was very clean and neat and the decor was nice and fresh. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with tea and coffee, the bathrooms with soaps, paper products and ample towels. The beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The pool and Lanai were beautiful. Lana was in communication and available if we needed anything. We would certainly stay here again when we come to Sarasota!

This was a well cared for, cute and inviting house in a nice neighborhood. The enclosed pool was warm, deep and big enough for our family to spread out and not be in each others way. And to have pool accessories is an added bonus. Its all the little things we don't think we needed to bring on a vacation but do that made this place great. She had all those things ready for us to use at our discretion. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. Had everything we needed, was clean, easy to find and easy to get to beach, restaurants etc. Lana was awesome and great with communication. There is only one thing to consider. There is no railing to get in/out of the pool, this didn’t bother us, but if you have mobility concerns this may be something you want to consider. We will definitely book again the next time we head to Sarasota.

Perhaps the best VRBO rental I've ever stayed in! Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices, pasta, rice, cereal, etc) and the pool area was clean with plenty of seating for eating and lounging.
