This eight-bedroom vacation rental boasts warm and inviting living spaces, antiques, and plenty of charm from top to bottom. This gem is located on five acres and has a koi pond, and areas set up to relax and enjoy the views with a cup of coffee or your favorite tea. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a gas cooktop and a double wall oven. The adjacent dining room includes a massive table with plenty of seating for the whole group as well as a cozy gas fireplace. And after meals, meet up in the sunlit living area and watch TV, play some board games at the table for four, or settle in for the afternoon with a good book. Outside, the large lot offers plenty of space to explore as well as a furnished patio and a private hot tub out back.
Things to know
There is no cable available, however, there are streaming services available for guest use (Netflix, Amazon Prime, and PBS). Guests will have to use their own accounts on other services.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
