So close to the town you can walk to the City Market, Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek and many unique tourist and local spots alike. I enjoy the antique stores. There is also Safeway. Fast food McD's, Wendy's and Arbys. Two fly fishing shops and ATV rental/purchase.This private home is superbly located in Woodland Park. The almost one acre lot has lots of aspen and pine trees but is still close enough to town to make it convenient for shopping and heading into the sights of Colorado Springs. Hiking trails are at Paradise Open Space at the base of the Rampart Range and Pike National Forest. Also Kings Crown Trailhead is just 2 miles down the road for short hikes. There are also many hiking options available a short drive away whether you are looking for a leisurely stroll near mountain streams or a challenging hike up a 14,000 foot mountain.
