2bdrm / 2bath Eigentumswohnung, befindet sich weniger als einen Block vom Meer und einem Block und eine HĂ€lfte von Sail Bay in Nord-Mission Beach. Eine Meile genau von Belmont Park, den Sprung und The Wave. Das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen schönen Gaskamin Glaschip. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein französisches Bett, und es gibt eine Königin im Wohnzimmer mit einem brandneuen Memory-Foam-Matratze, Schlafsofa. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großer, halbgeschlossener Loftbereich mit einem Queensize-Bett, einer Sitzecke und einem großen Flachbildfernseher, der sich um 90 Grad aus der Wand herausdrehen lĂ€sst. Sie werden auch eine kleine Ecke mit einem Rollbett (zwei Einzelbetten) und eine TĂŒr zu finden, die mit einem flĂŒchtigen Blick auf das Meer zu einem kleinen Balkon fĂŒhrt aus. Deckenhöhe im ausklappbares Bett Bereich ist ca. 5 Meter, so dass es fĂŒr die Kinder am besten ist. Jede Etage verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Badezimmer, ein Badezimmer mit WC / Dusche im Erdgeschoss und einen begehbaren Glas Dusche im Obergeschoss. Maximal 6 Personen inklusive Kinder. Diese nette zweistöckige Apartment verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Internet-High-Speed-Kabel mit WiFi, drei Flachbild-Fernseher mit Kabel-und DVD-Player, unbegrenzte landesweite Telefonate. Ein elektrischer Grill befindet sich auf dem Balkon vor der HaustĂŒr. Boogie Boards, Sonnenschirme, StrandtĂŒcher, Sandspielzeug fĂŒr Kinder und vier gemeinsamen Beach Cruiser Bikes, um die Strandgemeinde erkunden, nachdem Sie ein Fahrzeug zu parken in der gemeinsamen Garage fĂŒr 2 Fahrzeuge. Excellent place to stay!

This was the best vacation ever and the accommodations had a lot to do with it! It was clean, close to the beach, checkout list was easy and everything else was just as advertised in the listing. We have a spread of ages and the boogie boards were an added bonus!

Location Amazing

We have stayed here before. It's a perfect location and a nice place. The smell of the bakery below will make you want some and it very good. The inside is a little dated but the experience as a whole was great.

Perfect location, just steps from the surf and a block from the bay!

Our family enjoyed the location of this property. We appreciated the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc that were available for our use. We also liked that we didn't have to carry around(and potentially lose) any keys as everything has pass codes. We would recommend this property to others.

Great location! Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. 15-20 minute drive to the Zoo and 10 minute drive to Sea World. Property itself was great-we had plenty of room for 4 adults. Bikes were a nice extra feature.

The property was really nice. I expected the property to have the same vicinity to the beach as shown online. The neighbors kept up loud music both late night and early morning. I did appreciate the level of concern and attention from the manager to address this issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described

We had a great Thanksgiving stay. The place was exactly as described in the listing. Great location just steps from the beach and the morning smells from the bakery are amazing. Parking is very tight and would not work for a huge SUV or truck but is otherwise doable. Well equipped and very clean. Bikes are older but they worked great. We enjoyed the nice big table for our Thanksgiving meal. Great customer service and we would book again.

Good location. Restaurant in walking distance. Only fall back is parking. Make sure you have a small car to park in garage. Opening n closing garage door was also a pain. Otherwise everything was great

Awesome location.

Our young family of six really enjoyed staying at this Mission Beach property. You cannot beat the location, just steps from the beach in one direction and the bay in the other, with shops and places to get good food and drinks nearby. We loved the large dining room table and the kids got a kick out of sleeping in the loft. As others mentioned, all locks are keypad coded, which was super convenient. We have a large vehicle and it's worth noting that the comments about tight parking quarters are very accurate. It was a very tight squeeze but we made it work.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful position

The apartment is nice, well kept with plenty of space, in a comfortable position right in the middle of Mission Bay. Few yards away from the beach. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is no central air conditioning in the PM it gets a little hot but after sundown the breeze from the see cools it down. Recommended for almost anybody. A good value for the money.

Family beach vacation

Came to San Diego to tour colleges with our kids wanted a fun spot by beach for some fun too. Communication with owners was good, check-in/out easy, nice to have off-street parking in garage but best to bring a small vehicle otherwise tough to get in/out of it in the little alley behind the unit. Beds were OK, place was kind of hot/muggy in July, fans helped, you can pay extra for an AC unit witch was locked when we were there. Plenty of space for 4 people. 2 minute walk to beach. Bikes and boogie boards were great. Loved, loved loved Olives Bakery downstairs from unit.

Sister Trip 2021

This condo had plenty of room for 4 adults. Everything we needed to make our meals was provided, except for coffee mugs. There were only 3 coffee cups so one of us had to either use a glass mason jar or wash one after someone was done with their coffee to use it. Other than that our stay was amazing, fun, and perfect! The smell of cinnamon rolls in the morning from the Olive Bakery is glorious and delicious. We would love to stay here again next time we head to Mission Beach.

Excellent Location

This location was perfect for four gals from ND that have been best friends for 38 years! Beautiful beach, boardwalk, bars, restaurants and shops all within short walking distances. The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards that were provided were such a HUGE asset! We all had an absolute blast out in the waves!! We all appreciated that we were working with a professional company. There were no surprises and the orientation guide was very informative. The personal phone calls were such a nice touch! I would definitely rent from Nancy's Vacation Rentals again! We have already recommended them to several friends!!

Location, location, location

Location was awesome. Beach on one side and the cove on the other. Bikes are useless. Unless you’re shots are up to day, I would not and did not touch those rusty things. Boogie board and chairs were awesome. Extra charge for air conditioning for a $400 plus per night place was ridiculous. $35 per day. Next time I will just add that to the nightly rate and find a spot with AC. Overall, there was plenty of room. 3.8 out of 5.

Place had great space, furniture a little old and tired. The neighbor played his surround sound until midnight and kept us awake, despite being asked to turn it down.

We had to have plumbers come in and correct drain issues. We were not able to use sinks, shower for several hours I requested a 1 hour later check out and they let me know it would be $20 additional. In my opinion that was poor judgement and if anyone should be reimbursed for inconvenience it should be me. It was a nice place though.

Way too loud! Property is ok. Location is ok. Two loud parties in the building. Had to call police after trying to reason with tenant. Samething the next night. Called and spoke with rental company-they said all they could do is let other leasing agent aware of situation-which I totally understand but that obviously did not help me. First time doing a VRBO. Will not do one again. I will always do a hotel

Location was a ideal (unless you want to see the beach from the Unit). Cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Large unit with one proper bedroom (with a door) and a loft (which is open to everything in the unit). Everything was quirky and dated but clean for the most part. The trundle bed was broken and it was amazing to us that someone made the bed and didn’t report the repair (we did). Communication with host was a bit tedious. They called several times prior to arrival which felt unnecessary. Note: even if you book on VRBO you have to do everything (even pay balances etc) on their platform. All of the codes to doors, lock etc are intermingled throughout the arrival document which make referencing the codes not ideal. The arrival doc will only be available exactly at the check-in time (or at least that’s what the rep said on the phone but it didn’t arrive til 30 mins after we could have checked in and only after we called repeatedly and messaged at the check in time). The checkout list will make you question if they have a cleaning service. The bikes were a great perk, however one was broken thankfully there were 3 working bikes and 3 of us.
