House Rules and Policies:

1. Events and Parties: Any event or party must be discussed and approved by the host before booking. We want to ensure that all guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so please respect this policy.

2. Children Welcome: We warmly welcome guests of all ages, including children. Dune 1 Townhome is a family-friendly destination, perfect for creating cherished memories with your loved ones.

3. Personal Items: You are welcome to bring along any additional items you may need for your stay. If you have any specific questions or requests, feel free to contact us.

4. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. While we try our best to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts, these requests are not guaranteed and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Early check-ins or late checkout fee is $125

5. No Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will incur a $500 fine and be asked to vacate immediately forfeiting all reservation money. No refunds, No exceptions.

6. Cleanliness and Damage: We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained space for your enjoyment. If the location is left in an exceptionally messy state, a fee of $75 per extra hour of cleaning required will be charged.

7. Responsibility for Accidents and Injuries: Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises or using its facilities. By accepting this reservation, guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property.

8. Insurance: Guests have the option to purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in case of any unforeseen events.

9. Maximum Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed for the home. If more guests sleep over than the allowable maximum, a fine will incur of $500 and be asked to vacate immediately forfeiting all reservation money. No refunds, No exceptions.

10. Safety Concerns: Your safety is our priority. If you notice anything that presents a danger or could result in damage to the location or individuals, please inform us immediately.

11. Timely Checkout: To ensure smooth turnovers for incoming guests, please vacate the property at the predetermined check-out time. Guests delaying the cleaning process will be charged $100 for every hour of delay.

12. Late Checkout: If guests wish to request a late checkout, it must be approved by our team in advance. Any guest still at the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night unless a late checkout has been approved.
*Age Requirement Policy: For guests between the ages of 15 and 25, one parent or guardian over 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three guests in that age group.

*While we offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty. If stable internet service is crucial for your stay, we recommend bringing an ethernet cord or a hotspot. Enabling WiFi calling on your cellphone may help. Service is BEST at the entrance of the community, on 30A & at the beach! Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.

*Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the home.

*Rates, availability, and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice, and certain promotions may have restrictions or be canceled without notice.

*Use of owners' games, beach gear, chairs, etc are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.

*Beach towels are provided. $25 fee if a beach towel is lost.

*WEATHER / COVID: Please check Walton/Okaloosa County local news outlets for up-to-date closures that may affect your vacation.
