Palms of Dune Allen 305 is Professionally Managed by Newman Dailey.

Grab your towel and head to the beach! Palms of Dune Allen is an intimate boutique style complex with only 24 three bedroom units.

Upon entering CeCe's Beach House 305 the first thing you see is emerald water and sugary white sand. CeCe's Beach House is located on the top (3rd floor) with unobstructed gulf front view from windows across the entire back of the condominium. It lies steps from the water in the heart of 30A, close to both Destin and Seaside but far away from the crowds. This property is perfect for your family's beach getaway or for couples. It is especially accommodating for multi-generational families with an elevator for the grandparents and a pool for the kids. There is a spacious living area, three full bedrooms and baths, seasonally heated pool, and a 30 foot balcony. Paradise found!

The property features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. An electric George Foreman grill is located on the balcony for easy cookouts. At 305 you have a perfect view not only from the balcony but from the kitchen, dining, and living area. Watch the dolphins make their morning swim just past the sandbar as you drink coffee on your large private balcony.

This classic three bedroom, three bath Gulf front condominium is located in Dune Allen Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Guests will enjoy the view and access to seasonally heated Gulf-front pool. The property is an easy walking distance to a convenience store as well as several restaurants, boutiques, golf course, and a bike rental location.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

What a great location! Waking up to the ocean and coffee on the beach was a dream. The beach was not busy and we had easy access to the property. The pool was so warm! A really wonderful trip! Would stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at the condo. The location is wonderful. The beach was beautiful. The kitchen had anything and everything we could need. Everything was perfect. If I had anything negative to say it was that the gate stopped working to the entrance of the property (which wasnā€™t a big deal really) and on departure day they were working on WiFi, but the problem came with the workers parking right in the way of the sidewalks to the parking lot which made it really difficult to bring luggage down to the cars. They jokingly said they werenā€™t trying to make it difficult but honestly they could have moved the van over a little to make the carts easier to move. That and that there was a realtor (or what I expect was) showing a property but parked right at the gate and left their car there, so making it where it was hard for anyone coming in (they were confused by the empty car at the keypad) and where traffic coming in or out got backed up easily. Again nothing really, just a little irritating. But the condo and everything that had to do with it was truly perfect for us. We hope to return!

Excellent view & quiet location, needs improvements

This is the second time my family has stayed in this property. We loved it so much last year that we booked it right away for the same week the following year. Over that timeframe, it appears that they have changed property management companies. The area that concerned me the most was the cleanliness of the propertyā€¦ Especially with Covid, it did not feel clean. The floors were still dirty. The rugs were so dirty we had to move them to the side so that we wouldnā€™t walk on them. Several dishes that we took out to use were dirty. Several dishes. The grill was dirty. The windows were so dirty we couldnā€™t see out of them. The bedding comforters did not have a duvet cover. So were we sharing bedding with the previous guests?? It just didnā€™t feel clean. We enjoyed reading the personal owner story last year but itā€™s a shame to see this place like this. It needs some updates but we can handle that. The nice little touches that we enjoyed last fall break, were no longer there. The view is fantastic. We love the low-key location. Our check in process was frustrating. We were told on the phone we could check in early. We went to the grocery store to buy all of our groceries only to find out that we couldnā€™t check in early. I had a car full of cold foods and there was no consideration. The lady at Newman-Dailey reservations was very rude. She said it needed to be inspected. After I told her Iā€™d sit and wait for them to come, an hour later, the inspector came ā€¦ stayed about 5 minutesā€¦ wiped the grill with a paper towel (which was still left dirty) & then we could enter. Why didnā€™t she check the dishes? Or windows? Or floors? Iā€™ll think twice after staying in another rental managed by Newman-Dailey as well.

Perfect Family Condo

This was the first time that we have stayed at the Palms at Dune Allen but certainly wont be the last. We loved being on the beach, the cleanliness of the condo and the pool and also how close we were to everything. We have 4 kids under 9 and this condo made getting all of things down to the beach a breeze. We can't wait to return.
