Machen Sie Urlaub in einer exklusiven Ferien-Villa, idyllisch und ruhig in dem Villenvorort Chayofa gelegen, und trotzdem nur wenige Minuten entfernt zu den schönsten Stränden und Golfplätzen im Süden Teneriffas und vielen Touristen-Hotspots.

Die Villa verfügt über einen ausschließlich für Sie zu nutzenden Pool, natürlich beheizt. Ein moderner Gasgrill steht für ihr Barbecue bereit. Die Terrassen, der Balkon und der Poolbereich laden auf vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum verweilen ein und bieten Ihnen einen tollen Blick auf den Atlantik bishin zur Nachbarinsel La Gomera.

Unser Haus verfügt insgesamt über 5 Schlafzimmer inkl. modernen Einbauschränken. Vier davon befinden sich im 1. OG, ebenso 2 luxuriöse Bäder. Ein Schlafzimmer inkl. Waschmöglichkeit und Toilette befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.

Der Wohnbereich besteht aus einem sehr großzügigen Salon inklusive Essbereich und offener amerikanischer Küche.
Die exklusive Küche, natürlich voll ausgestattet mit Kochfeld, Ofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher, Saftpresse, Mixer und Toaster, bietet Ihnen umfassende Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung.
Eine Waschmaschine ist in einem Hauswirtschaftsraum vorhanden.
Wäscheservice (Waschen, Trocknen, Bügeln) bieten wir gegen Aufpreis gerne an.

Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend für Urlaub unter Freunden, Ihre Familienfeier oder ihr Firmenevent, sie ist jedoch bedingt durch die Lage in einer Villengegend weniger geeignet für ausgelassene Party's oder Junggesellenabschiede.

Unser Haus befindet sich im Villenort Chayofa, der zentral im Süden Teneriffas liegt. In wenigen Gehminuten befinden sich Tennis- und Padel-Plätze, der für jung und alt geeignete Park Las Aquilas Jungle Park, sowie Restaurants und Bars in kanarischem und kubanischem Ambiente. 3 bzw. 5 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der Wasserpark Siam Park, die Shopping-Mall Siam Mall, die Touristenorte Los Cristianos und Las Americas sowie unzählige wunderschöne Atlantikstrände. Hervorzuheben ist hier der malerische Strand Bahia del Duque.

Spielen Sie Golf? Es stehen Ihnen 5 Plätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung.

Die Wanderparadise rund um den Pico del Teide, dem Chinyero, Vilaflor, Ifonche und dem Barranco del Infierno liegen nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Sehr gerne beraten wir Sie vor Ort über die schönsten Touren auf der Insel.

Auch für ihren Tauchgang, ihren Paragliding-Tandemflug oder eine Motorradtour stehen wir gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite!

Spacious villa in calm area

For our stay this was a very good choice: -Clean and spacious villa with a heated pool -Only 5 minutes by car to the beach and to grocery store -Very friendly property manager The property is also big enough to spend the day without need to leave it. I can recommend anyone going to Tenerife this villa.

Fantastic Villa and Hosts

Great communication from the hosts who were also there to meet us upon arrival and provide any assistance necessary. The villa is just as pictured and wonderfully clean. Some nice local restaurants and shops although we had a car. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to visit the island.

From the very beginning, the host was fantastic, welcoming, and always easy to communicate with.The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need, including excellent cooking facilities. Wonderful Vacation

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. Thomas and Aimara are wonderful hosts. Four couples stayed for two weeks at this spacious property. The grounds were lovely, with a nice pool and outside furniture. It was spotlessly clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot for our friend getaway. Tenerife is a beautiful island.

Idyllic house with great view and facilities

We had a lovely stay in the Villa del Duque. The house is newly renovated with great rooms and facilities. The lounge area by the pool is cosy at night and the balconys by two of the bedrooms give great opportunities for privacy if you travel more couples together. The house is located just few minutes walk from the center of Chayofa where there are three nice restaurants, especially the Cuban reasturant was great with good food, vine and live music. We are definitely considering returning to this fantastic house next year:-)

Great place to stay

The house is located in a small quiet village but still close enough to all restaurants, parks and other attractions and just 5mins by car from the beach. We have stayed there for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. The house has everything what you need, it is very clean, modern and fully equipped. It has also a nice back yard with a lounge, BBQ and heated pool, that our kids practically didn’t leave. Thomas and Aimara are excellent hosts. The communication was very easy and they were always very helpful and supportive. They made our stay just perfect and we would always come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas’ villa, Thomas couldn’t do enough for us, he was a wonderful property manager and the villa was the best we have stayed in, in Tenerife! The only thing that would make this better would be to offer a maid service half way through the week at an additional cost. Thank you so much again Thomas, I don’t doubt we will be back.

A World Away from South Tenerife Resorts....but Only a 15 Minute Drive to Them!

Thomas' home was a perfect retreat for us for our 17 day stay on Tenerife. It is in the small village of Chayofa, and within walking distance of 5 local restaurants. It is only a 15 minute drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, so easy to head out to the beaches and evening resort activities. The house itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, with wonderful kitchen appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The beds are comfortable. The patio, complete with heated pool, was a great place to spend afternoon and evening time. We loved it all!

Great location in Tenerife

Our family of 6 had a great time in Tenerife at this beautiful house. We loved that we were no more than 10-15 minutes from the beach and able to spend our evenings in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. This house has comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and a perfect patio with a pool. We visited in late June during a particularly hot week so the house was warm during the day without air conditioning. This was ok for us as we had day trips to visit the Mt Teide, Anaga Park, Canyoneering, snorkeling, and lunch in Masca. We highly recommend this beautiful house in the quiet village of Chayofa.

A Stunning Property

We stayed for 10 nights and were so comfortable, the villa is very well-equipped and spacious. It is modern and has everything you need to make your holiday run like clockwork. The villa has great outside space with loads of sun and comfortable seating. It is one of the best villas we have booked in Tenerife and we have been coming for over 20+ years. Most of all Barbara was what made us feel so welcome, she is highly responsive and very warm, she treated us like friends, and did everything so professionally to make our stay great! The village of Chayofa is well-placed for exploration into the mountains and coast. Overall we could not be happier! Highly recommend 10+ stars from us!

Just as described

My wife and I had a great week and the house is exactly as described on line and has all the amenities you would want including a great outdoor space where we spent most of our time. The bed was comfortable which is always a good place to start and plenty of space for all we wanted. There is everything there you need. You really need a car and their is parking on site for a small car but good local parking as well. It is in a residential area so you are not surrounded by tourist but families. Excellent villa, lovely location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chayofa. The villa is in a perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday but only a short taxi ride to the busier areas of tenerife. We highly recommend the tree house restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The best food we had during our entire stay was here! They know how to cook a good steak! And Sam, the waitress treat us like family. The villa itself has everything you need and more. The villa is huge with plenty of space for everyone and the balconies off the bedrooms were lovely with outstanding views. The sound bar was excellent for listening to music whilst chilling out by the pool! Thomas and his wife were very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a mixture of peaceful relaxation and exploring the island! We'd love to return and do it all again!

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir waren 2 Wochen (Juli 2023) Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Im ersten Geschoss befindet sich ein kleines Zimmer (Paris) und die separate Toilette. Im Obergeschoss die andere 4 Zimmer und zwei Badezimmer. das Zimmer Havanna ist mit Bad en Suite ausgestattet und verfügt über einen grossen Balkon. Ebenfalls verfügt das Flamingo Zimmer über einen eigenen, kleinen Balkon. Das zweite Bad teilen sich also 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt massenhaft Platz seine Klamotten und alles andere zu verstauen. Zig Schränke und Tischchen etc. stehen zur Verfügung. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr sehr schön. Ein Gasgrill steht auch noch zur Verfügung. Man kann also super zu Hause abendessen. Der Pool auf gradiose 28 Grad geheizt und somit auch bei Wind wunderbar warm. Div. Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es gibt für jeden Gast ein Pooltuch. Strandtücher müssen natürlich selbst mitgebracht werden. Die Lage der Villa war für uns perfekt. In 10 Minuten mit dem Mietwagen in Los Cristianos mit tollem Sandstrand, Beachbar, Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Strand-Läden. Die Avenida Las Americas hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Viel los, tolle Geschäfte und Restaurants. Es befinden sich viele tolle Golfplätze in naher Umgebung. Costa Adeje und Las Américas sehr schön, Abama der Superknüller. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Sie werden hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder und das Haus erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen. Thomas und seine Frau haben uns sehr nett empfangen und das Haus war sensationell sauber. Überhaupt bemühten sich beide, uns in jeder Beziehung behilflich zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben möchte ich auch noch die Bettenqualität und den großzügigen Schrankraum in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es eine Loungeecke, die sehr gemütlich ist. Das Schwimmbad ist gepflegt und angenehm warm. Wir haben direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Lieber Thomas, vielen Dank für alles. Wonderful, Stunning, Amazing

This amazing villa with heated pool was our home for family and friends... Wow! Spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen area is ideal for cooking, also socialising around the huge island in the middle, the out side BBQ area is great as there is really comfy outside seating where you can relax around the pool or enjoy a nice G & T as the sun goes down. There is also table and chairs for seating ten people to be able to dine outside, pool is a great temperature and lovely lighting in the evening. The bedrooms are all very tastefully decorated with modern and spacious fitted wardrobes in every room. Bathrooms have excellent large walk in showers and plenty of storage in the vanity units. Two of the bedrooms have balconies so you can watch the sun go down. Thomas and Aimara are excellent hosts, so friendly and lovely and live nearby. The village of Chayofa has 3 restaurants with bars, which includes the Cuban bar that has a great atmosphere with live music, serves good food and great drinks. We highly recommend this beautiful luxurious villa and will definitely return ….. 10 stars from us! Colin & Dianne Scotland

Wir waren vom 6.10 bis zum 16.10 mit 8 Personen in diesem Haus. Thomas und Aimara sind sehr nett und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Hallo Andre, vielen Dank nochmals dass Ihr euren Teneriffa-Urlaub bei uns in Chayofa verbracht habt. Es freut uns besonders, dass Euch die Villa del Duque so gut gefallen hat. Wir arbeiten stets daran, das Niveau des Hauses sehr hoch zu halten und immer ein bisschen zu verbessern. Übrigens, die Poolheizung wurde gestern fertig und ist in Betrieb. So haben wir nun auch in den Wintermonaten permanent 28 Grad Wassertemperatur. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen mit Euch! Viele Grüße, Thomas und Aimara

Skønt hus med skøn beliggenhed

Vi nød vores ferie i dejlige omgivelser i en skøn villa med plads til børn og en børnevenlig pool beliggende i en hyggelig bjerglandsby med mulighed for at spise ude og danse salsa. Fantastisk service fra udlejerne. Alt i alt et meget dejligt feriehus, som man gerne vil vende tilbage til.

Amazing Property

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in the villa. The hosts are really friendly and, to be honest, you wouldn’t know they live in one of the neighbouring villas, such is the peacefulness of the place. The villa itself is gleamingly clean and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Don’t ask us about TV, we didn’t try it because we were out exploring so much. The hosts have compiled a great booklet which is a really useful guide, albeit it wasn’t our only source of information. Although previous reviews are mixed, if you intend exploring Tenerife, we would recommend a hire car - we used Topcar and would definitely do so again. Will we return to this villa - absolutely, without hesitation!

A little piece of heaven!

My friend & I had booked this villa pre-covid to spend some quality time with our older children, the villa exceeded all of our expections....stunning villa, beautifully designed & decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped right down to the little touches such as tea/coffee/medical supplies & a lovely bottle of bubbly left in the fridge upon arrival, it really did have everything that we could have asked for. The villa is set in a lovely quiet location but only a short taxi to both Los Cristianos, Playa De las Americas & Siam Park. The hosts were very friendly, their commuication was excellent and they really did go out of their way to make us all feel right at home. We had three of us that suffered with terrible sunburn & our transfer was later on in the evening so the thought of hanging around all day from the usual 10am check out time was daunting but because the hosts had no bookings to check in that day they kindly agreed that we could have a later check out time at a small fee which we were very grateful for! When writing reviews, I am the sort of person that can be quite critical or be that annoying person that is always making suggestions on how things could be improved upon but on this occasion there really is no need as everything could not have been any more perfect than it already was and I have been left with nothing negtative to comment on. Thank you for such an amazing stay....We hope to visit you both again in the future!

Both courses are next to each other.
The morphology of the soil has a remarkable influence on the features of each round. The presence of the sea and the impressive ravines on the course, the fairways, wide and undulating, are dotted with many natural obstacles. The presence of various water hazards is in clear contrast with the incredible volcanic sand bunkers protecting the greens.
