Positives:This beautiful townhome was a perfect walking distance (about 4 blocks) to the beach and walkable to many shops and restaurants.The kids loved the pool. We loved the nice bay view and the outdoor patios. The house was very clean and had great bathrooms/showers. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds. We appreciated having the pool pass, parking pass, and the garage to store our rented bicycles.Negatives:With traffic, it was slightly more time to get to/from Charleston than we hoped. Be careful of Folly Beach ridiculous speed traps; I received a speeding ticket.Patio door locks were broken. Thankfully, we seemed to be in a low-crime area.Lots of steps to navigate house.Strange HOA rule about needing to park vehicles inside the garage.

The location was ideal for walking to Center Street and all the boutiques and eating establishments. We rented a golf cart for the 6 of us and drove around the area which was a blast. We enjoyed the escape room, pier and beach area. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. The house was the perfect size for the six of us. The upstairs toilet was our only complaint, it sprayed water on the floor when flushed as it wasn’t properly seated to the floor. Overall the area was a great girls weekend.

Great spot!

This was a great spot. It’s quiet and relaxing, but only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The screened in porch is amazing!The beds were all very comfortable. We had all the kitchen appliances and dish ware that we needed.The dishwasher didn’t clean very well, so we hand washed our dishes.

Great getaway!

The property is exactly as pictured and had all the space we could want at a beach house. The location is great for waking to shops and food, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. I would consider this location again next time I head to Folly Beach!

Great Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was very clean and the rental company was very responsive to the very minor issues we encountered (needed new batteries for remotes and a new light bulb in the bed room). The house was nicely updated and the beds were very comfortable, which is unusual in a vacation rental! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit. Beds comfortable and baths nice. Amenities lacking in that there was limited toiletries, no coffee filters, flatware was very sparse, had to buy a frying pan, and fridge water trickled out like maybe the filter was old. A lot of dog hair on porch, and I had to fix the garage door for it to work on arrival. Thermostat limited to 70 and that was warm for us. Location was nice but I didn’t realize there would be that much traffic noise from bridge across the creek. Still was a good week, desent value. Just plan on bringing a few items with you.

The condo was beautiful! It was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone!

The garage was large enough for two cars and the golf cart we rented. We loved being in the middle of everything Folly.

Good home for young families and fit individuals. Lots of steps, so if this is an issue, you may want to look elsewhere.
