Our beautiful first floor villa is beautifully decorated to maintain the Westin Resort standards and is located in a lovely canopied and richly green wooded setting overlooking a large private pool, within easy walking distance to the ocean and to the included amenities of the Westin Resort. There is a comfortable balcony overlooking the pool with chairs and a table to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening as the sunset explodes in the sky.

Take advantage of the Westin Resorts many fabulous pools, sandy beach, 3 restaurants, health club & spa. Or take a short 400-yard walk to enjoy the soft sand and waves at Folly Beach. Free shuttle service is available from the Westin if you prefer to pack up for the day and not carry anything too far or you wish to take the shuttle to nearby restaurants. At the Westin, of the 3 available pools in the summertime, one of them is heated in the winter plus there is a large jacuzzi.

The beaches in this area are the finest on this side of the island. Why? From the Westin beachfront, you turn north and you can walk for miles and find your secluded spot. If you prefer to be around the energy of other people, just walk south and you'll enjoy seasonal lifeguards, beach volleyball and the activity of busy beach life. You choose, as always from our Ocean Palms Villas location.

This is a spacious(1300 sq ft) vacation villa which can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large private bath with double sink vanity and shower. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be set up as a king. It has its own bath with double sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 more.

Here's where you really can see the value expand: one of the greatest amenities of Ocean Palms are the Golf and Tennis package which are included for our renters. A daily free round of golf for two people at these four renowned golf courses is included: Robber's Row, the Barony, Oyster Reef or Shipyard Point. Tennis and pickle ball courts are at the new facilities at the Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club (also where Robber's Row and Barony golf courses are located), a quick 3 minute drive from Ocean Palms. Tee times and Court time can be reserved directly from the phone in the villa. The cost of Golf Tee Time and Tennis court time for 1 hour each day is included at no extra cost to you but subject to availability! BUT golfers must rent a golf cart with their reservation - this is required.

There is a well equipped kitchen open to the dining and living room area which includes a full set of appliances, a blender and a wet bar. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils. There is a stacked washer/dryer just off the kitchen. With recent renovations you'll enjoy the spacious bathrooms, furniture and a 55" flat screen TV. Entertainment equipment includes 3 TVs (living room and in each bedroom), DVD player, stereo receiver and free internet access.

The villa is fully managed by the Westin Resort which is available 24/7 to address any issue regarding your stay at our Ocean Palms villa. As an extra benefit, you will have use of all facilities at the Westin Resort including free use of the pools, health club and direct beach access with seasonal lifeguard and umbrella/chair rentals. Additionally, the Westin has 3 award winning restaurants and a luxurious spa (fees will be charged to your Westin account.)

In addition, the cleaning fee of $278 will be charged to your credit card by the Westin at check out.

We have 10 weeks of rentals available per year. Full weeks run from Saturday (4 PM) to the following Saturday(10 AM).
