Dieses geräumige, sonnige und gut geplante Stadthaus in Lyons bietet 4 Schlafzimmer, 4, 5 Bäder und eine ideale Insellage. Toller Ort für Familie wieder zu vereinen oder einfach ein Wochenende für Freunde.

Die Vorderseite dieses erhöhten Stadthauses befindet sich eigentlich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, wo eine altmodische Veranda den Innenhof des Komplexes überblickt. Sie bietet wunderschöne Landschaftsgestaltung, Grillbereiche im Freien, einen Spielplatz, einen großen Pool und einen Whirlpool. Sie treten ein in vier Autogarage mit Platz für Fahrräder und Strandkörbe / Sonnenschirme.

Innen öffnet sich die Tür zu einem großen Raum. Ein Wohnzimmer ist mit neuen Möbeln und einem eingebauten Schrankregal ausgestattet, in dem sich ein neuer Fernseher befindet. Kostenloses WLAN ist ebenfalls enthalten. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Raumes ist ein Casual-Dining-Bereich mit Platz für acht und eine offene Küche, die von einem Ess- / Bedienungstheke mit Barhockern definiert ist. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt auch über großzügige Stauraum und Edelstahl-Geräte. Es Küche verfügt über ausreichend Ablagefläche sowie eine Speisekammer.

Durch den Flur ist ein bequemer Puderraum, ein Schrank, ein Waschraum mit einem Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner (und ein Waschbecken mit Zähler), und das Elternschlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein helles Eckzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, neuen Betten und einer neuen Matratze, einem neuen TV, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem eigenen Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche sowie einer separaten Badewanne.

Oben auf der 2. Etage befindet sich eine weitere Höhle mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa, einem gemütlichen Stuhl und einem neuen Fernseher. Dies ist eine perfekte Umgebung für Kinder oder andere Gäste nach einem Tag in der Sonne Lounge zu spielen. Direkt neben diesem Dachgeschoss befindet sich Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 mit einer Domdecke, einem neuen Queensize-Bett, einem neuen TV und einem eigenen Bad.

Ein kurzer Flur führt dann zum Schlafzimmer Nr. 3, das ebenfalls über eine Domdecke verfügt, sowie ein neues Kingsize-Bett mit neuen Betten, einen neuen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. # 4 Schlafzimmer ist über den Flur. Es verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, einen neuen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Unsere Villa hat alle neuen Anstrich und wir haben neue Fußböden hinzugefügt (kein Teppich). Zusätzlich zu den neuen Wohnzimmermöbeln haben wir durchgehend zusätzliche Akzente gesetzt, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.


Der Komplex Lyons in Port Royal Plantation ist eine kleine Gruppe von geräumige Maisonette-Stadtwohnung um einen gepflegten Grünfläche gebündelt. Dieser Gemeinschaftsbereich verfügt über einen großen Pool und einzelne Grillbereiche. Ein kurzer Weg von vier bis sechs Minuten führt über einen gepflasterten Weg zum Strand mit einem Strandhaus mit Ruheräumen und einem Spielplatz für die Kinder.

The location was perfect for us. We did not fix any meals in the kitchen but it was fully equipped if you choose to do that. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have bikes and beach chairs available to use. We especially like each bedroom having its own bathroom. We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again.

The property was perfect for our multi generational family vacation. The master on the main was ideal for grandparents. Upstairs was plenty of room for us and the kids. The pool is immediately outside the balcony while also being private from the surrounding areas. The pool is heated. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the deck which also has a baby gate. There are plenty of walking paths. The access to the beach is less than 5 minutes through a private gate. The Islanders Beach Park has a small park and swings great for 0-8. There are bathrooms, outdoor rinse off spots and ADA accessible beach paths. The house was updated, fully stocked (beach towels and beach supplies) and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would love to rent again!

Great property in Great location

Have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one worked very well. Good layout, with recent updates in key areas. The location is excellent in Port Royal Plantation: beautiful setting, short walk to beach, mid island makes access to mid/south end and mainland easy. Proximity to the Westin hotel is a plus. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils etc. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Place! Especially for Adults!

Nice for adults because each room has its own bathroom. Must be able to climb stairs though, although I am told that most places on HHI are set up this way. Very clean and beautiful! Host was prompt to respond to messages and very accommodating.

Best Spot on HHI

We LOVE Lyons 8! Bright and clean, close to the beach, pet friendly, and plenty of space for an extended family of adults to spread out. The carport is a big plus for storing beach gear, and keeping our vehicles cool. Melinda is a gem to work with, and we love how she checks in throughout the stay to make sure that everything is just right. Can't wait to return!

Great Family Reunion Rental

The perfect Hilton Head rental for a family reunion of twelve people. The beach was a ten minute walk and the pool was right outside our unit. Convenient gas grill for cooking. Kitchen was well organized and supplied. Beachy comfortably decorated and well appointed home. Will not be disappointed.

Thanksgiving gathering

Loved meeting up with family in HHI for Thanksgiving. The house gave us plenty of room with each bedroom having a full bathroom. The front porch is lovely. The living area is a little tight, but all open so if not enough room on couches, the large dining table is right there. Kitchen was well equipped to make a Thanksgiving meal. No maintenance issues. Close walk to the beach. We loved it!

Great House!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and an infant. Great location, very clean and organized, beautiful house with everything we needed. ( the literal only thing we couldn't find was some measuring spoons. Thinking they probably went home with a previous renter). Wonderfully stocked and comfortable beds and pillows. Super convenient to the pool and the beach. Would definitely rent here again!

Great property, Great location, Great Experience

We loved this property. If we come back to HHI, this is definitely where we will rebook. Property beautiful and pristinely clean. Short walk to the beach and the beach access had wonderful amenities that added convenience. Complex pool was a great feature for additional swimming or to visit in days you take a break from the beach. We had a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 older kids (ages 11-17). Host was wonderful and awesome communication, she even sent restaurant recommendations. If you’re reading this, stop reading and book this property, you won’t regret it!

Great Beach Location

Location of the property was within walking distance to the beach and the pool was just outside our door which was very convenient. The property itself was not very clean though, especially during these COVID times. The one other thing (and I may have missed it in the description) there was a very long set of stairs that you must take to get in which is not the greatest if you have very young children or elderly. Overall, we did have a nice stay and thoroughly enjoyed Hilton Head!

Great Location

Nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room for the whole family to hang out together or get away from it all to have a little quiet time. Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and only 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Nice area of the beach-it was busy, but not crowded. It made for wonderful walks with our dog. Convenient covered parking located directly under the unit. Close car ride to Publix and Wal-Mart. Only thing to be aware of is the 2 flights of stairs, although it was not a problem for us.

A Hidden Gem

We had an amazing time once again- our second year vacationing in this house! Everything was very clean, the decor was updated and charming, and there was plenty of room for our family party of 7. Our favorite features were that there is a bathroom for every bedroom, a large dining table to fit all of us, a roomy covered porch with rocking chairs over-looking the pool, we were able to walk to the beach, and that this property is located in the less congested part of the HH Island. We also very much appreciated the convenient under-house parking, and the beautiful landscaping. Melinda also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be back to stay again!

80th Birthday Celebration!

My siblings and our spouses rented this unit for a long weekend to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday (my parents spend month of October at another property close in proximity to this rental). The accommodations were perfect, as we had 4 couples and it is not an easy task to find a place that can accommodate these types of sleeping arrangements under one roof! My only comment (not even a complaint), is that the unit needs some deep cleaning (ceiling fans, baseboards etc.), thus reason for 4 star rating. General cleaning items were fine. Also, Melinda was a great communicator, and very pleasant when responding to questions about the property. I gave 5 stars for "communications with property manager" even though we did NOT have any dealings with them, as I did not want to affect the overall rating of this wonerful property. We would absolutely rent this property again!!

My husband and I have been traveling to Hilton Head Island for years. We both have great memories of our children spending wonderful vacations at Hilton Head beaches. After looking for several months, we found this villa and fell in love with it. The space and proximity to the beach make it ideal not only for our family, but as a wonderful vacation rental home. This villa offers so much space. With four bedrooms and four baths, everyone can get ready at the same time! We also like the separate loft area. This is perfect for kids or teens that want to get away from the grown ups! The kitchen is spacious and we LOVE the front porch that overlooks the pool. The garage is great as well for cars, bikes and beach gear.

The Lyons, the development within Port Royal Village where our villa is located, is small and quiet. The units all face the lovely pool and grilling area. There is a playground for the kids, all right there within view. And, we love being so close to the beach.
