We recognize the discomfort the room temperature caused during your stay and offer our sincerest apologies for the situation. We understand how important a comfortable stay is, and we’re disappointed that the fans and portable AC provided did not meet your needs. Fortunately, the AC unit has since been repaired, and we have taken steps to ensure this issue does not happen again. Regarding cleanliness, we sincerely apologize that this was not addressed prior to your arrival. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as this is far from meeting our standards. We do have a 24-hour on-mountain support phone line for any assistance you need during your stay and would have loved to address this issue as it occurred.
