Outdoor Adventure at Sun Peaks 33 - True Ski In/Out Access

Wonderful one-level corner-unit condo at Settler's Crossing has super easy ski-in/ski-out access to both the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and secondary bedroom has a combination twin and full-size bunk bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for night-time comfort and are separated by the open concept living space. Plus the kitchen (with all new appliances) and bathroom have heated tile floors. Cozy gas fireplace and brand new private hot tub are the perfect addition to a busy day. Bike rack storage in heated underground parking garage. Personal ski locker right outside your front door. Across the street from the nordic trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding and just a short stroll into the village.

Cozy ski vacation

Great Space

Mini ski escape luxury

We were four women on a ski mini break. What a gem of a place to stay. Spotless, extremely well appointed kitchen, comfortable and a fantastic hot tub. Who could ask for anything more?

Loved our stay, so easy to ski in and out. The only thing I would say is the hot tub didn't allow us to turn jets on and wasn't that hot and was so low in water. But overall we had the best time and it is the cutest place. Thanks

Beautiful condo, wonderful personal touches

We stayed only one night, but the condo was so welcoming and clean. It was stocked with all sorts of games and movies and extra kitchen gear you don't always find in vrbo properties. The hot tub was great and everything worked without a hitch. Highly recommend.

Great location and place

My Family had a great time staying at Tina's place.The place is very clean and has all possible amenities including things that I would qualify as extras such as heated floors and a personal hot tub. Everything around the place is well labelled and the instructions are clear.communicating with Tina was easy and she was prompt to answer. As per ease of getting to the slopes, one just steps out the door, grab their skis in the secure closet just outside the door, walks less than a minute and is now joyfully skiing to the ski lifts.Thank you Tina.

Amazing!

This property is beautiful and relaxing! Every little detail has been thought of and provided - from a basket of towels by the hottub, to some condiments, spices, and teas in the kitchen. Excellent and prompt communication with the owner, and helpful information/contact/directions provided in the condo itself. Out favourite part of the condo was the dresser full of games, puzzles, movies and books… plus the AC and fans to beat the +35C weather we had while biking there! We’ll absolutely stay again - this was the perfect vacation spot, thank you for the lovely stay!

Beautiful Place!

We absolutely loved this place. It was nicely and comfortably decorated and the owners were very thoughtful in all of the little extras that are provided in the house. It literally has everything that you could need. The owners were super responsive to any questions we had too. We stayed here in the summer to take advantage of the bike park. While there isn’t really “secure” bike storage, the parking garage was virtually empty throughout whole stay, and we felt Very comfortable locking our 6 bikes together in the garage. The ride down to the lifts was super easy and we found a route back to the condo from the top of the Magic Carpet lift that required very little pedalling to get back to the condo. We really love SunPeaks and can’t wait to come back. We would be super happy to stay here again.

Clean, well equipped condo, very enjoyable!

Tina was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. The condo was clean and everything was very well labeled. Very comfortable bed, lots of towels, and the kitchen had every piece of cookware imaginable! No room on the deck to sit due to hot tub, but there were folding chairs we could take to the grassy area in front of the condo. The DVD collection has lots of classic oldies we enjoyed watching a couple of evenings (and tons of kids ones too!). Location was good, just a 15 minute walk to the village.

Great place to stay, we would stay here again. Clean and really comfortable, with a well equiped kitchen. No issues with the hot tub or anything else. The condo is great! We stayed during the summer operations. There is no secure storage for bikes. It is a super quiet building. During our stay there were only three vehicles in the underground parking. It was still a little nerve wracking, just having bikes locked together, on the back of the vehicle. Maybe I worry too much? Anyone with the security code could get in, but it's a similar story with bike rooms in the hotels too. Bring some serious chains to lock bikes. The only complaints we had were regarding the Sun Peaks village. Biking on the hill is open until 7. By the time everyone had showered and headed to the village for dinner, we found most restaurants were already closed or trying to close by 9. Gotta be quick!

My son and I just purchased this property on Nov 18 and it's been a mad dash to get it ready for the ski/board season. Lots of brand new furniture and linens/towels/dish have all been added.

This unit is true ski-in/ski-out. The Orient and Morissey chairlifts are less than 3 minutes away by ski or board. The Orient chair can take you over to both Sundance and Sunburst chairs via the Main Village run.
