The hot tub was not hot and we could not figure out how to raise the temp (no instructions).Oven interior was dirty and bottom covered in oil and food debris. -kitchen sink handle loose and ready to fall off- Freezer not clean - Dishwasher not secure,tipped forward when door was opened to empty - Master bedroom tub drain needs to be cleaned/snaked.-No signal for master bedroom TV /unable to watch -Back porch and main porch lights burnt out -I replaced- Batteries inside battery operated candles corroded and not working- I replacedThis accommodation was billed as a luxury rental and based on the list of deficiencies I do feel it merits this rating or description.The overall lack of attention to Cleanliness and maintenance details was disappointing. We paid a premium price and but feel the property did not live up to the listing description.Regards,Kevin

Fantastic family New Year’s ski holiday at Sun Peaks. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent Ski Accomodation

We were a group of 10 who enjoyed 10 days at One Woodhaven. A warm cosy property, absolute ski in and ski out a huge bonus. We loved the hot tub and place for skis in garage. Efficient laundry facilities.Excellent communication and prompt response from host. Can recommend. Thank you Marie.

One Woodhaven

Such a beautiful house that has everything you need to have a great time at Sun Peaks. Ryan and Marie made it feel like home. You can walk to the village that is filled with shops, restaurants and a public ice skating rink. The house has temperature controls in every room so everyone can set their room to what they like with heated floors in the bathroom. The fireplace was amazing. The garage is long enough to fit a Chevy Suburban. After a long day of skiing, the East Village Run will take you right to the house. At the moment, you cannot just ski out from the garage. The way the road is being treated makes it impossible to ski across it. We saw multiple people wipe out who tried. We just walked with our skies down the slope and crossed the street and put our skies on. Didn't take more than a few minutes. Everyone there was super friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sun Peaks, I definitely recommend One Woodhaven.

This year we visited BC canada...booked this beautiful home and it was perfect for our group of 9 motorcycle riders! We had a garage to park our 7 bikes.

Spring Break

We had our kids, their spouses and our grandkids for a week. Ski-in/ski-out was perfect, right off the trail. Location requires a drive into the village. It’s a nice distance if you’re just wanting a walk. Sun Peaks has fantastic ski terrain!

Perfect place for a group of friends or family

This place was perfect for 4 couples. We had a great stay and ski vacation. Skied right to the front of the house each day. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. We cooked several group dinners and breakfasts. Large dining room table was perfect for eating and hanging out and playing games. The hot tub was fantastic. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The owners were very responsive to questions.

Lovely ski in/ski out stay.

The property is warm and cozy and was ideal given the cold weather. One of us got ill during the trip and there was a lovely warm extra bedroom to stay in while recovering. After a cold days skiing we spent a lot of time, warm and cozy, catching up on a movie in the living area. It was easy to cook and clean in the place. The owner is normally quick to respond to questions and is very helpful. We did have a couple of VRBO messaging issues where my message to her was delayed. We aren’t sure why. In general we were very happy there and would stay again. One small suggestion. For people coming in late having some milk in the fridge to make it easy to make a warm cup of tea or coffee (which were there) would be very nice.

Fabulous Family Fun

Fabulous property - each room was beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, laundry was great. The townhouse was super clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stayed very much. Immaculate property in a great location!
