The one bedroom condo has sleeping room for four including one king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Guests will enjoy all of the luxuries of home while visiting the beach, such as a fully equipped kitchen, one and half bathrooms, and a breakfast bar and dining area for family gatherings.

Luau is located near the beach but also provides easy access to all the amenities Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer. Shopping, dining and entertainment are at your fingertips while you enjoy relaxing in a beautiful, contemporary and comfortable condo.

Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.
