Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. April 2024 stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was very nice and clean. Great location. Pool was closed all but 2 days of our stay so that was a bummer as it would have been nice to know that a head of time. We had no idea we could take a bus to the other side of the gated community until a couple days into our stay. It would’ve been really nice. Had the room we were staying in had some sort of book of information about the resort and things to do around the resort. We managed to figure it out and it was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again if we choose to come back to Destin, Florida.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

The property and location were excellent. Plenty of stuff to do and restaurants to choose from. We’re really bummed out that the pool was closed all but two days when we were there. That would’ve been nice to know before we booked but overall it was a great vacation and Sandestin and Miramar beach was wonderful.

Relaxing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and neat and a great stay for 6 days in Destin. The beach is like 2 minute walk and there is a pickleball, basketball and mini gold nearby.
