With the addition of a Juliet balcony and flat screen TV, you’ll have everything you need for the perfect beach trip!

Downstairs, you’ll have access to the private community pool for Luau guests only. Featuring one of the best pools around, this lagoon-style oasis offers loungers, palm trees, a grotto waterfall, and seasonal tiki bar! Grab your suit and enjoy the Gulf sun whenever you’re ready.

The best part of staying at the Luau towers is the location. Situated on Miramar Beach, you’re a quick walk away to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. Pack a beach bag and spend your vacation in the Florida heat. You don’t even need to pack a lunch! Right on the shoreline, enjoy the convenience of Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill and The Beach House Restaurant.

Not only is Luau on the beach, but you’re also a quick drive to so many Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® favorites. Choose one of the many award-winning golf courses in the area, hit up the Silver Sands Premium Outlets or the Grand Boulevard for some great shopping options, or head over to the Market Shops for some stellar food and loads of fun!

At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans.
