The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and bunk beds, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it convenient for you to prepare delicious beachside meals.

The Landing is conveniently located across the street from the beach, and this unit offers guests a stunning lagoon view from the private balcony. In the hallway, there is a stack washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi is available in the complex. The location of this property is ideal, just a short drive or walk from a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options that will keep your family busy throughout your stay!

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. You can have a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, allowing for 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, please remember to bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
