Willkommen in einem der interessantesten Hotels in Gulf Shores, Alabama! Dieser Komplex ist absolut super und die Räume im Inneren sind genauso schön. Es gibt einen Innen- / Außenpool auf der Nordseite des Komplexes sowie den riesigen Pool am Golf mit einem Mini Lazy River und Whirlpools. Es gibt ein Spielzimmer für die Kinder und eine Einrichtung Arbeit mit diesem Strand Körper zu halten. Vor-Ort-Management hält den Komplex sauber und gepflegt.

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und blickt auf den Golf und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ist privat und gemütlich. Es gibt auch ein neues Schlafsofa mit Memory Foam-Matratze. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und perfekt für Sie, um den Fang des Tages zuzubereiten! Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Wenn Sie auf den Balkon treten, werden Sie sehen, worum es bei der Aufregung geht. Sie haben eine der besten Aussichten auf den Golf der Insel und es geht kilometerweit !!

Für Reservierungen, die vor dem 1. Oktober für die Wintersaison (Januar und Februar) getätigt werden, ist ein Minimum von 60 Tagen (zwei Monaten) erforderlich. Reservierungen, die diese Kriterien nicht erfüllen, können vom Management storniert werden. Nach dem 1. Oktober können Reservierungen für die Wintermonate bei mindestens drei oder sieben Nächten vorgenommen werden, abhängig von den Gerätespezifikationen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Although we spent most of of our time out on adventures, the beds were comfortable, the view was stunning, and the pools and skywalk access to the beach were unmatched. We wish the elevators had air conditioning, but they are outdoor.The kitchen had most of the supplies we needed to have meals there, but we do wish the kitchen had an ice cream scoop and hand soap at the sink. Overall, I would stay here again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and plenty of space for my family of 4! The staff at the condo were all friendly and you always saw someone cleaning. The convenience to the beach plus the pool and hot tub amenities made this location ideal. We will choose to stay here again.

Very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the entertainment areas.

Fantastic property. Great for kids!

The pool leads right out on to the beach and is beautiful! The skywalk makes crossing the busy highway a breeze for kids (and those of us that don't move as fast as we used to). Fifth time here and we will be back!

Great location

This condo was in a great location close to lots of places you can walk to. The view was pretty, easy access to the beach multiple pools nice for little ones. Condo was very spacious for a family. The condo building has carts to help load/unload your car which was so nice. We will be going back for sure!

The unit needs some upgrades. Bathtub backed up while showering. Rental agency sent a plumber. Bedding and Pillows need to be updated. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Suggest switching to a keypad versus a hard lock with a key. The outdoor furniture needs updating. Pools and outdoor spaces were great!

Loved the pool

Condo was comfortable. Had what we needed. Take your own pillows as they weren’t the best. You have to check in at Poole properties office and get your key; this unit doesn’t have a key pad lock. They didn’t put our wristbands in so we had to go back, not that big of a deal. The pool is great and we liked the air conditioned skywalk over to that pool and beach, no street to cross! Enjoyed the patio! We would stay there again.

Summer getaway at Gulf Shores

I've stayed at Crystal Towers multiple times, mostly because of the three pools, the two jacuzzis, and the private beach. I went with a cheaper option on the condo this time, and it was as advertised. Everything worked as it should for the most part. The hardware on the doors, including the patio doors, was pretty old and difficult to open. They actually replaced the outer door lock while we were there. The paint and furniture need updating, but we didn't spend much time indoors, so it didn't matter. Didn't provide any perks like prepaid beach chairs or extra towels, trash bags, or tissue. The bare minimum was provided, which is basically what I paid for.

Needs some refresh

It was generally good. And clean. But the unit needs some freshening up. Carpet needs replaced and walls need painted. Curtain is off in second bedroom. The sofa makes into a nice bed and seems newer.

Nice cozy condo

We had a lovely time in Gulf Shores and the condo was perfect for what we needed. It had a beautiful view of the gulf, the pool was large and there was easy access the the beach. The walkover was nice and convenient for getting to the pool, hot tub and the beach. There was a large balcony that was accessible from the main living room and also the main bedroom. There was a pullout couch bed but no fitted sheets for it. I would say that the linens on the beds could be updated but other than that, we have no complaints and were pleased with our stay! Would come again! :)

very nice complex very clean (lobby) employees very helpful. Are room was a great view and was very clean. Had issues with items not working, TV in front bedroom would not work. Issues with WIFI. ice maker needs repair along with dryer took for ever dry clothes and towels. (no large loads). Heating element possible. Enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again with minor issues taken care of.

Needs updating check in

The only really negative was the parking passes and the check in and picking up keys. Had to go out of route to pick up keys to get in and then only one parking pass, my parents stayed in same condo and was given access remotely to their condo and also given extra car passes and extra wrist bands for property not sure why this condo couldn’t do the same.

Great location - Condo could use some love.

First off the location and amenities of Crystal Tower are wonderful. We loved the variety of pools! The condo has a great view of the ocean. Like other reviews have noted though this condo needs some love. The beds were very uncomfortable and the couch was not much better. You could also tell that the condo had not been deep cleaned before our arrival. Like others mentioned the floors needed to be mopped if you walked at all barefoot your feet were black quickly. I had read these comments on vrbo and saw responses from the owner so we had hoped these issues had been resolved.

Thank you for your review! We agree, the view of the Gulf of Mexico from Crystal Tower can not be beat! Unfortunately, the cleaning solution the cleaners use to mop the floors will sometimes turn feet black - I have made maintenance aware of this. We will also let the owner know about the uncomfortable furniture. Thank you for letting us know!

Nice for the Price and time of year!

Beds were a little hard but not terrible. No blankets except for two 1/2 blankets on the master, but found a comforter in a closet. Overall the kitchen needs a few more accessories like pot holders, pizza cutter, etc. No keurig but a coffee pot so I wished I had read that! Patio furniture on deck older but super comfy. Light bulb in kitchen out. Blinds in bedroom and living area off the track but easily replaced. Also the front door had a metal stopper that kept scraping the floor. Refrigerator had a pull out drawer that was just sitting on a shelf. All little things but nothing that caused any major inconvenience. Hot water, plenty of pillows and towels. Overall nice price for what we got and have been to Crystal towers many times. Will definitely be back!

Clean but needs some updating

Recliner seems to be on its last leg; the only comfortable place to sit was the chaise lounge but it was pretty hard. The other part of the couch is not comfortable at all. You need more comfortable dining chairs and more than just 4 for the whole family. The master bed is very hard. Nice views and nice furniture on the balcony. The balcony furniture was by far more comfortable than anything inside. We did not like having to stop for keys (only 2 were provided for a room for 6). We prefer a keyless room with a code. We haven't had to keep up with room keys in many years. The only reason we booked this room is because my husband wanted a recliner. The people we delt with were really nice. I had sent a message the night before wondering it we could check in early but got an automated response. Per the contract we could check in between 3pm and 5pm. So we left about 9am expecting about a 6 to 7 hour drive. I got a text well before noon saying our room was ready. I wish I could have known that much earlier and we would have left earlier.

Oir condo overlooked the ocean. The kids enjoyed the beach pool, and hot tub. The condo was clean. Only complaint was the young lady in the lobby was very rude when we got our parking pass. We.would stay there again

Beautiful view

Beautiful view!!! Great pools, beach access, and hot tubs. The roll out mattress on the couch had hair on it, was lumpy and needed replaced, and left a one foot gap between the couch and mattress. There weren't any sheets in the unit for it but after a call to the office they did provide some(excellent service there). The couch also was shedding its pleather everywhere so we came home with it all over our things. The shower was clogged with hair and barely drained, which my husband cleaned out so we could shower. The unit was only stocked with small pans so it made cooking difficult. Also out of 4 kitchen chairs only one was strong enough to sit in! One was already broken in the closet, one was broken at the table, and the third chair was one time setting in it away from crumbling. We tried to fix the towel holder in the master shower as we found it broken under the sink. There were also dings and scrapes on most of the walls. The location and the rest of the condo were amazing, but the unit we stayed in definitely needs some work. Normally I don't write reviews very often but after this stay I noticed a $29 charge in my bank account with no notice of the reasoning, which to me added injury to insult. I may have incured the charge for parking or something else, but an invoice would've been nice. So yes I would stay there again but with proper expectations. The rest of the condo is what gave it 4 stars.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. We are currently in the process of purchasing a new sofa sleeper, most furniture is on a several week back order. We also have touch up painting on the docket as well, we are just on a waiting list due to the back log of work that has been needed in our area after Hurricane Sally. We could have taken care of any and all maintenance issues during your stay so please make sure to let us know if there any issues. We don't want you working on your vacation. Sometimes we don't get to inspect every unit before guests check in (because of the high volume of check ins) so, at times, minor maintenance issues can be missed. We appreciate your feedback and hope you consider staying with us again!
