Located within a character property dating back to the 19th century, at the foot of Mont Sainte-Victoire and along the famous Bibémus trail, this apartment offers a privileged setting to unwind while remaining close to the city’s lively atmosphere.

Designed to comfortably host two guests, it combines Provençal charm with modern comfort. The shaded living area opens widely to the outdoors through large sliding doors that naturally extend the lounge onto the terrace and garden.

The air-conditioned bedroom features a queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and tasteful décor inspired by the Provençal way of life. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

Outside, you can enjoy either a sunny terrace or a shaded area surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, depending on your mood. It is an ideal setting for morning coffee, quiet reading, or outdoor dining.

A place of inspiration for the painter Paul Cézanne, the Bibémus trail remains one of the region’s natural gems. From the property, you can easily access hiking trails on Mont Sainte-Victoire, Provençal markets, festivals, and the many cultural treasures of Aix-en-Provence.

The property includes several independent accommodations, each enjoying complete privacy with no overlooking. The parking area is the only shared space. Animals also live on the estate.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
