This 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a small building. It is located in the heart of the historical city center, closed to La Rotonde, only 2min from le Cours Mirabeau.

The air-conditionned Living Room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, an harm-chair, a low tables, a flat screen TV with international channels, and a space with a desk.

1 large bay window, giving great light to the apartment, opens on a terrace welcoming up to 4 people. Great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch diner ou just to relax. 2 other windows and 2 roof windows give light to this warm living-room


The modern kitchen is open on the living room and is fully furbished, (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dish-washer)
All you may need to cook on an everyday base is included (salt, pepper, olive oil but also of course stoves, pans...).
You will be able to eat on the counter.

The air-conditionned bedroom, in a mezzanine closed by studio type windows, is equiped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 reading lamps.
A small window opens on a quiet courtyard.

The bathroom is equipped with a small bath tube, a vanity unit and toilets.

You will be provided with basic toiletries, clean towels and bed linens, a bit of coffee and washing powder, hair dryer, iron and ironing table etc.

You have exclusively access and use of the entire property. You are at home.

The flat, situated in the historical center of Aix en Provence, and has an easy access by car.

The public parking's Les Cardeurs and La Rotonde are only situated 5 min walk away.
The taxi station of La Rotonde is less than 1 minute walk away such as most of the buses.
