Aloha Justin, we usually leave the laundry detergents underneath the kitchen sink but we understand why some people have missed it. I’ve also informed our maintenance crew about the door and it won’t happen again going forward. I apologize.

Aloha I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately this is the first time we are hearing from you in any form of communication. 1. We are located on the second floor and the photos and property description reflects that upfront. For those guest who do not wish to climb stairs, please read the property description and photos carefully before booking. 2. We employed a professional local cleaning company that cleans our unit after each guest check out, this is the first time anyone has mentioned about any smell. Hawaii does have humid weather which creates a humid air environment. The humidity goes away after the AC kicks in and the fan gets turned on. 3. Unlike a small hotel rooms, we have 2 floors of space and over 1000 sqf, it does take a while for the AC to kick in, especially in the Hawaii heat. We also have numerous fans in the condo to help circle air while the AC is working its way through the space. In addition, the previous guest had checked out 2 days prior to your arrival , therefore we did not leave the AC on prior to your arrival. If you wish the AC to be turned on prior to your arrival, please let us know ahead of time. 4. We have disclosed upfront in the property description that the blow up bed is for additional guest who wish to sleep in the living room. It is not comparable to our regular beds in the bedroom. 5. Please let us know about the dead battery in TV remote, our property manager would be more than happy to stop by and replace it . 6. You’ve left our condo clean and in great shape, therefore we’ve left a fair 5 star review for you. Mahalo

Aloha, we apologize for the wifi and washer inconvenience. 1. We use Spectrum Cable for our wifi service, the largest and most reliable cable service provider on the island. They do go through routine maintenance for the entire area but usually it goes back to normal after a short period of time. The modern issue you’ve mention has only happened twice in the past year, the other time we asked our guest to unplug the power and plug it back on after 30 seconds and it worked. 2. In regards to the in unit washer, it was broken the day before your arrival, and we called you the day before your arriveL to let you know that you’ll need some coins for our community laundry room washer which is located on the 1st floor. (our dryer is still working). Unfortunately due to the remoteness of the island, it takes about a month for a new washer to arrive from the main island. 3. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate a 25 percent refund request

am writing to address the situation with our recent guest, [Guest Name], who arrived one day before their scheduled check-in date. The condo was not yet cleaned or ready for occupancy at that time. I advised the guest to stay at another resort for one night and return the following day. Subsequently, we received a message from the guest stating they would not be returning and demanding a full refund, claiming the condo was dirty. We employ a local cleaning company, and we also pay extra for a housekeeping supervisor to perform a quality check after cleaning and before guest arrival. We have provided the guest with photos and disputed her claims. For example, the AC filter dust she mentioned was inside the vent and not accessible without disassembly. Our carpet is periodically steam cleaned and vacuumed after every guest checkout, and we have a "no shoes on carpet" policy. While we strive for perfection, it is challenging to maintain 100% cleanliness at all times, especially with guests occasionally wearing shoes indoors. We also explained that we use an easily washable sofa cover to prevent spills. In any case, our cleaner would have returned to address any issues the guest mentioned, but she chose to leave. It appears she may have found a more suitable option at another hotel and preferred not to relocate again. We dispute all the facts as presented by the guest.

Aloha Paul, I’m sorry to hear that you are not 100 percent satisfied with your stay. There is clearly a language barrier here as we are relying on internet translation from French to English. Our listing states that the master bedroom has one king bed (sleeps 2) , the guest bedroom has 2 twin size bed (sleeps 2) and the living room has a queen size air mattress (sleeps 2). Vrbo diagram also paints a picture of the bed arrangement. When you arrived and asked us for an additional bed, we responded within minutes pointing out the bed layout and we couldn’t add another bed. We’ve never had a guest misunderstood our bed arrangement in the past. Please make sure you read all the property description and check in instruction next time to avoid confusion . In addition, we’ve stocked our cabinets with not just dishes, but also plates, bowls, cups as alternative because we have guest from all over world that have different customs, we try to address all of their needs. Overall Paul was a good guest, did not break any house rules and maintained cleanliness.
