Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with lounge and TV
- A 40m² fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining area, etc.
- A library with sofas
- A study with fireplace (first flambé free of charge)
- Separate WC
- Shower room
- A laundry room

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200), chest of drawers and rack
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), chest of drawers and rack
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190) that can be separated to form four single beds
- Mezzanine 1: opens onto the living room, where the sauna is located
- Mezzanine 2: opens onto the kitchen, with a single bed

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
