Wonderful luxury updated Villa in Shipyard at The Greens. This Villa has a brand new kitchen, new furniture, new paint, new appliances, new TVs, new beds (KING, queen & twin). The Villa is right on the 6th green of the Galleon golf course at Shipyard, one of HHI premiere gated communities. Shipyard is mid-island, and the closest private neighborhood to Coligny beach. BBQ on your deck while enjoying great golf views of the green and all the way down the fairway. This unit is in the section of The Greens that is the very closest to walk to the beach - you can hear the ocean waves from the front porch!

The condo has leathered granite counters with stainless steel appliances and ceramic wood tile floors downstairs. New and big (65") smart TVs upstairs and down. Master bedroom upstairs has a new Stearns and Foster KING size bed, en suite bath with walk in glass shower and a walk in closet. The built in granite desk and leather office chair provide a quite and private work space to make the master bedroom complete. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a twin bed, two large closets and access to the full bath with tub and shower combo. Our condo comfortably sleeps five people in regular beds (not foldout couches). Full sized brand new washer and dryer are also found upstairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare & serve great meals for the family. The back patio is ready for outdoor grilling with a Weber BBQ and Sunbrella dining set. Enjoy the sunset or BBQ your catch of the day on the back deck while watching golfers on the 6th green. Walk or bike to the beach or enjoy a swim in The Greens' lovely community pool. We have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers (but no beach towels) for you to use, or you can rent chairs and umbrellas at the Shipyard Beach Club on the beach. Our contract with a local bike delivery company offers a 20% discount and they will bring well-maintained bikes right to your front porch.

Shipyard Resort has 27 holes of golf with 16 miles of private bike paths under shady trees to enjoy. The Sonesta Hotel is within walking distance with several restaurants and bars to enjoy. Van Der Meer Tennis is steps away for world class tennis facilities. Shipyard is located in the middle of the island with a five-minute walk to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and bars on the island.
