Die Beachwalk Villa befindet sich in der privaten Wohnanlage Shipyard Plantation. Das Beachwalk Regime ist der Schrank aller Regimes zum Strand in der Plantage. Es ist eines der schönsten und ruhigsten Gebiete der Insel mit großen Eichen, Lagunen und Palmen, um eine malerische tropische Kulisse zu schaffen. Zu den Freizeitaktivitäten vor Ort zählen Golf und Tennis auf Kosten des Mieters. Über die Shipyard Plantation können endlose Radwege befahren werden. Natürlich erwartet Sie der weiße Sandstrand!

Die Villa ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß auf einem gepflasterten, schattigen Weg. Ein großer einladender Pool ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. An einem entspannten Abend können Sie die große Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Gasgrill genießen.

Diese Villa im ersten Stock ist neu renoviert. Neue Farben, ein neues Schlafsofa, ein neuer bequemer Lehnstuhl und Laminatböden wurden hinzugefügt, um eine saubere, einladende Umgebung zu schaffen. Neue Geräte wurden ebenfalls hinzugefügt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein weiteres Badezimmer direkt vor der Schlafzimmertür.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Essgeschirr ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer hat versucht, an alles zu denken, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Bitte nutzen Sie das kostenlose Internet, die Spiele und Filme.

Beach Walks

The condo is a quick 8 minute walk to the beach. Everything inside is very clean. The furniture, kitchen appliances, linens, etc. were in like new conditions. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a few spices, oils, keruig and old school coffee pots with filters. The main bedroom mattress is comfortable. Beach towels and inflatables were available as well as games and books. We met the owners upstairs and next door; both were very friendly. Jo is responsive, friendly and communicates well. The only downside was you can hear every step upstairs and the condo does slope a bit. These are completely out of Jo's control and just something to be aware of. If you want a clean and well furnished unit to rent this place is it.

Wonderful Getaway

The property is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the wonderful deck outside each morning. Comfortable beds and recliners. Conveniently close to the beach (their 8 minute walk estimate is accurate!). Being able to use their chairs and beach locker was a plus! We will definitely be coming back.

January Retreat

We enjoyed a relaxing month on Hilton Head in your wonderful villa. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed daily long walks on the beach as well as many bike rides throughout Shipyard and beyond. This was a perfect January getaway from the winter weather “up north.”

Highly recommend!

Jo was fabulous to work with and the unit was exactly as described/pictured. The beach was an easy walk, but even better because Jo was able to get us a beach stamp to park a bit closer - which our young child appreciated. Clean, convenient, and very spacious and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again.

Mom's 90th surprise birthday party

We had the grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, BFFs, daughters, sons in law, for Mom's 90th. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate us all for dinner every night. The kitchen was very well stocked to make those dinners. It was really wonderful.

Perfect Location!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and it was great! The location is really perfect. A short walk or bike ride to the beach or pool. Jo was wonderful to deal with, and very helpful via text! It was very clean and exactly as advertised. The outside area was roomy and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great Location!

Jo Welch the property manager is one of the best communicators I have dealt with in a long time. Property was more than anticipated, all the amenities you could want or need. The pool is excellent, (wish there was a hot tub), the unit is super clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 young boys and had plenty of room.

Wonderful

We could not be happier with our stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need and then some and feels like home. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with 2 young children, the pool was wonderful, and we loved biking around on the bike paths. The owner was very sweet and easy to talk to. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Accommodations

This villa is exactly as described. While we are active during our stay, the villa is a perfect place to get a reprieve from the heat, and a comfortable place for family gathering in the evening. The check-in process was a breeze and the villa was well-prepped for new visitors. Jo, the manager of the unit, is attentive and focused on a great experience for guests. Some highlights of the villa: The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals ( if you want to eat in), the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are large and spotless, and the beach locker ( located below the Shipyard beach house) is a huge convenience, and the short walk to the beach is a plus. This property is very charming and in a quiet location. Jump at the chance to book this wonderful villa.

The location of the property was only a short walk to the beach. The locker near the beach was a plus so we did not have to carry things back and forth from the beach. Nice deck and beautiful trees. Also close to the private- like pool. Jo was always available for questions- very friendly!

Great townhome for both beach and golf!

This townhome is a nice place to stay. Plenty of room and has everything you need for your vacation. Owner communicated with us great and was very helpful. Instructions are very clear. The place is decorated beautifully. We didn’t use them but beach chairs in a locker are provided. Bathrooms are a good size. Water pressure very good in showers. Nice deck and grill to use. Short walk to the pool. Area was quiet other than two kids above us. lol. We loved the Shipyard Golf course plus close proximity to many restaurants and other places of interest. Great area to walk or bike. Glad to now know how nice this area is.

Awesome Villa Close to Beach!

This is a really nice villa! It was exactly as pictured and super clean. There was plenty of room for four adults to enjoy their stay. Everything you could possibly need was there. Jo is a great host. She communicated quickly and checked to make sure everything was okay after we arrived. We were able to get in the villa a couple hours early and that’s always nice. My grandkids were staying in a another villa in Beachwalk and were excited that my villa had toys (games and coloring books) when they came over. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Shipyard.

We had a wonderful ten day stay. We have been coming to HHI and Shipyard for almost thirty years and were looking for a new place to stay. Found it! Everything was thought of. The leaf blower was a bonus to keep the deck clean. Shipyard has moved the beach tag parking requirement up to mid April, but if parking wasn't available the walk is manageable. The beach locker is definitely an asset for that reason. Beds comfortable, linens and towels were nice. You could hear neighbors walking around above us, but that is expected with units above. The unit has been updated and decorated all beachy theme, loved it. Communication was amazing.

This property was absolutely wonderful and was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything you could possibly want or need for your stay in Hilton Head was included in this villa. The property was sparkling clean, was very well stocked with all the essentials (and more!) and was a short walk or bike ride to the beach.. Communications with Jo were second to none - she is a host extraordinaire! Seamless check in made for a very nice welcome. We liked this villa so much we booked for next year while we were there. This is a “walk in and you are home” villa. Jo was so good at being a host she even ordered perfect weather during our entire stay!

Excellent vacation villa

My family and I just came back from HHI. We stayed in Beachwalk last year at a different villa and this villa was so much nicer and cleaner. From the moment I walked through the door I could tell it was clean just from the smell of it. My villa last year smelled of mildew. Jo has thought of everything. The villa was well stocked with everything you could want and then some. All of the rooms were very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The villa is in a great location. 2 minute walk to the pool and 8-10 minute walk to the beach. We will be booking here again for next year.

Everything you want and then some!

After spending a stupid amount of time reading reviews on VBRO I finally settled on this Shipyard Condo. Those hours paid off! Beautiful location, closest housing to the beach in Shipyard. Wildlife there is an added bonus. Condo is clean, updated, has two large bathrooms, excellent kitchen loaded with whatever you need. Beach locker with chairs and boogie boards at Shipyard Beach House made it all the better without schlepping your chairs etc. all over the place. Check in and check out flawless. If you have never been to Hilton Head the beach is clean, safe and family friendly.

Nothing short of Fantastic

First, I want to say the host is amazing. Jo was communicative and a pleasure to work with. That said, the villa did not disappoint. It was well kept, cozy, and just a fabulous home away from home. It has everything you'd expect and then some. Five stars for sure. The only thing I'd say was a "hmm" not even a disappointment was - we thought the pool was within view of the villa (i.e. in the back yard) based on some of the pictures. It's right around the corner and not far but that was something we were like...did we remember the pictures wrong. However, it's not a big deal at all and I'm only saying it because I probably wouldn't believe me if I read this review and all I had to say was glowing and warm recommendations. :) We'll be back for certain! Thank you Jo!
