Shawn is a wonderful host. The communication was great. The home was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Location was about an hour or less from any thing you may want to do in the downtown Los Angeles area. (Streets not freeway. The freeway is ayways backed up)

Shawn was very friendly and responsive, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The house was extremely clean and I appreciated all of the amenities that were included.- Ample towels- A lot of blankets and pillows.- Lots of utensils and cookware for my friends and I to use.The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, plenty of parking. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again. This house was exactly as pictured. It was about 30 minute drive from everything my teens wanted to do. The pool is a nice size and fairly deep. The BBQ grill was nice to use. There is a Vons grocery store about 3 minutes away by car. The host was very responsive. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for exploring LA

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 teenagers. Within a reasonable drive from all major attractions, particularly Universal Studios. Property is well kept, in a nice quiet location and ideal for families.

Beautiful, chill house, close to everything, only wish I could have stayed longer! Inside everything is modern, simple and clean and the nicest backyard ever. My favorite day chilling, having lunch by the pool in the backyard, then taking a Uber to Santa Monica for dinner. My sons was Universal Studios and my daughter’s was all the shopping-L.A. Marshall’s and Brandy Melville. Everything is within a half hour.

Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the host’s excellent communication. Shawn was very responsive throughout our visit, which made everything easy and was definitely the highlight of the experience.The location is great, the neighborhood is well maintained, and the pool was a nice place to relax. We also appreciated having plenty of refrigerator space, a dishwasher that worked well, and the convenience of the washer and dryer.There are a few maintenance items that kept this from being a 5-star stay. None of these issues ruined our trip, but addressing them would make a noticeable difference and better match the home’s potential. I’m confident they will be addressed moving forward based on how great the host was during our visit.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s attentiveness, and with a few updates this could easily be a 5-star property.
