We’ve been to Destin several times and this is easily the nicest place we stayed. Spacious, clean, well-stocked and convenient. The pool was lovely and the public beach a 12-minute walk away.

Property was great. Close proximity to the beach and the access to the pool was great. Minimal toiletry items provided so recommend stocking up on them.

I give this a 4.9 review. Only reason is our AC unit went out in the middle of the night and there was no emergency crew. Thankfully my husband is a handy man and figured it out and was able to fix. The maintenance guy did show up the following morning to fully fix. It was due to lack of maintenance. The rest of the house was perfect and very clean. Staff is in constant communication, trash day reminders were sent, and very responsive when texting during business hours. We also left behind some items and they are shipping them to us! Highly recommend!

Thank you for your review and recommendation! We're so glad to hear you found the home clean, enjoyed the communication from our team, and appreciated the responsiveness throughout your stay. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the A/C issue. Unfortunately, there are no overnight A/C vendors available in our area, but all of our A/C systems are on a preventative maintenance plan with our maintenance company. Once the issue was reported, it was addressed as quickly as possible, and we're glad the technician was able to fully resolve it the following morning. Thank you again for your patience and understanding, and we're happy we could assist with returning your forgotten items. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!

It was a great place to stay! It had some sand toys and chairs that we could use on the beach. You do need to bring trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and dish soap and some other things like that for the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and clean. You can find it cheaper on my heaven vacation.

Great property, location and size. Located right near food, shopping and the beach. Although it was colder than what we were planning the pool was heated and had a hot tub. Rhe house was perfect size. Ample beds and bathrooms for the kids to spread out and have their own space. Would definitely stay here again.
