We had a great stay at this property. We enjoyed the pool and the beach area. We also enjoyed the pickle ball court, which was in great shape. Overall, the unit and the complex were clean and well maintained. The property was a great base for all of our excursions around Marathon, including a day trip to Key West. We will gladly stay at this property in the future.

The place was great. Kevin answered all the questions I had right away. The place is a bit dated did not bother us and needs some upgrade, but it was very clean and just a short walk not even a minute to the beach. The pool was great. It was not ocean front, but the balcony looked over the palm trees witch we liked. It was very quiet and Privat. If we go down there again, we will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

This place was close to everything we needed. I had an issue with needing something mailed to me that I forgot at home and the property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Beautiful place to stay.

Perfect location.

Perfectly located between Miami and Key West. Beautiful drive in either direction. Lots of great restaurants and activities in Marathon itself. Would definitely return!

Anniversary Vacation

Location was super clean, very quiet, within close proximity to everything we needed and wanted to do. Pool and beach on site was an absolute plus. Kevin is an awesome property manager and truly cares about the property and guests. Thanks again Kevin! Definitely be back next year!

Condo was great and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable lounge area. Bedroom had comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space including hangers. Balcony was very nice and screened so comfortable to sit out in the evening. Pool area very clean and pool was just perfect. Location good with easy access to the beach and supermarkets. Nice and quiet. Kevin provided lots of useful information before we arrived. The cruise information for Key West was invaluable and ensured our visit to Key West was pleasurable with no crowds. Kevin answered questions quickly and fully. Just one thing that was disappointing, no beach chairs. We have stayed in many condos in the USA and this is the only one without beach chairs.

We do provide plastic adirondack chairs for our guests. We have many and never have anyone without a chair. While we don't have folding lounges available for our guests we do have a few stores that sell them cheap.

Excellent experience!

The condo was clean, located on the beach, quiet community, great pool, great communication with the check in and check out process. Located in the middle of the Keys made it easy to explore in either direction without too much traveling. Exactly what we were looking for. Would stay here again for sure.

Just what I needed

I stayed here at the end of May and it was wonderful. Most days I was the only person on the beach and 75% of the time I was the only one in the pool. It was the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

So Relaxing

Kevin is a great host! Only met him a couple times during our 10 day stay but every time he would always ask if we needed anything. It’s so peaceful and relaxing at RPC. Would definitely stay there again. The pool was wonderful and I loved the 2 kitties that we would see almost every night there. Great stay! Looking forward to going back.

New Year Tradition

My husband and I head down to Keys after Christmas every year and stay through the New Year. This was our first year staying at Royal Plum Club. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Management and other patrons were very friendly. Beach, pool, and overall property was was well maintained. Great value for location.

A relaxing, enjoyable stay.

This was a lovely property and had a very relaxing atmosphere about it. The only drawbacks were the very old stove and frequent interruptions of the cable service. Replace the old stove with a modern appliance and the unit is golden.

Great stay and good value

The location was great; just a short drive to great restaurants and things to do.The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened in balcony with the garden view. It was a very short walk to the pool and oceanfront. They provided chairs for the small beach. For the price, it was a good value, but it could use some updating, especially the bathroom. Kevin, the manager was attentive, and the other guests at the complex were friendly and helpful.

Great location for the price

Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies the condo is dated but is still overall very nice for the price point great pool and community. Beach is cleaned off everyday it’s in a nice quiet area with great restaurants near by. Property manager Kevin was very prompt when we called about something. Bed was super comfy, air worked perfectly deck was nice and screened. Overall very happy with our rental. Will definitely recommend this area to family and friends.
