Ocean View & Canal Access Home with Jacuzzi

A beautifully decorated home situated perfectly to enjoy an endless ocean view can be your own private paradise. This serene, tropical home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy an ocean view during every meal, relaxing in the living room, and while soaking in the outdoor whirlpool Spa. Traffic is little to none as the street is used by only a few residents and is the last street before the water. The other houses on the canal tend to keep to themselves and are very laid-back. The “beach-like” area across the street from the house is available exclusively to guests. The house features a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is also a pullout with a surprisingly comfortable mattress in the living room. Due to the sleeping accommodations, we limit the house to 6 guests maximum.

For those who like to spend more time outdoors, there is a lounge area downstairs with a TV and comfortable seating. A windscreen has been installed to ensure private and peaceful lounging even during the windiest of days or nights.

The water in the front of the house is shallow and therefore ideal for leisure kayak/paddle boarding as well as fishing for tarpon, bonefish, etc. Kayaks can be made available upon request for a fee to be discussed with owner.

For boaters, this property has 45' of dock space on a canal and is the 8th house in from open ocean access. Minutes from Vaca Cut, the Gulf is also very easily accessible. The "beach like" area in front of the house can be utilized as trailer parking as long as the trailer stays clear of the road. Please discuss with the owner fees and advice associated with bringing a boat/trailer.
