Our beach and golf villa at 705 Sandpiper Village is convenient, peaceful, and perfectly located on the bayside of The Resort. The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short ten-minute golf cart ride away. Our villa is surrounded by water and convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and resort golf courses.

This Beach Blue villa is fully remodeled and stocked, a brand new unit is ready for your next vacation. Our charming coastal villa accommodates up to seven guests comfortably. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a large and fully stocked kitchen complete with a variety of cookware, dishes and a microwave oven. The dining area offers seating for 6. The living room is open and offers comfortable seating with a HDTV as well as a separate kids' hangout with its own HDTV and gaming machine!

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. There is an additional sleeping den with a twin size daybed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Whether you are visiting the Resort for the beach, fishing, golfing, bicycling or tennis, you will find everything right at your fingertips here at 705 Sandpiper Village!

Would recommend

We loved this property and would definitely stay again! It was in a nice area with a pond out the back door for fishing! There were beach chairs available for use as well. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the dryer took a very long time and multiple cycles to dry a small load.

Great experience

We’ve stayed here the last couple of years and always have a pleasant experience. The location is perfect to avoid the busy Baytowne traffic, but you have access to a golf cart when you’re ready to enjoy the local festivities. The only issue we’ve experienced is the golf cart - the first year it was unusable because the batteries would not hold a charge. This year, the listing referenced a new white golf cart so we rebooked. However, once on property we were told that there was a mistake on the listing and that we couldn’t use the new golf cart… We will still use this property in the future- as it’s still our favorite.

Fam Spring Break trip

We loved the property! Sandestin is beautiful and has everything you need. JJ’s House is the perfect place to spend a vacation…access to beach is easy, access to all areas of Sandestin is easy w use of golf cart. There is a brand new pool that is gorgeous! House was clean and welcoming! Neighbors were so sweet too and offered our family use of some of their equipment.

Fun Getaway

My family and I stayed here for a getaway this winter. It was so nice to have a house and not just a condo like we have done in the past. Our boys loved riding everywhere on the golf cart - we used it to get coffee every morning, drive to the beach, the pool, the grocery store and dinners. The house had beach chairs and shovels for the beach, which was great! The house was very clean and comfortable and all the appliances seemed brand new. We can’t wait to come back!

Great beach stay

Had a great time at this property. The golf cart made getting around the resort super easy and accessible. There was plenty of room for everyone! House was great- very clean, TVs in every room, and comfortable beds and seating. Would recommend this property to anyone!

The Best Experience

We live everything about this property! The golf cart was the best part of it all lol and the location was prime with so much to do in the village area that was just for the resort people. You could rent this and literally not have to leave in your vehicle until time for check out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Anniversary trip

We absolutely loved the house and the location. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the screened in porch. We took a daily golf cart ride touring Sandestin. We loved our golf cart ride to the beach every day. There is really no need to leave the property as everything you need is at Sandestin!

Nice area

Golf cart.I had a few issues.It would run down pretty fast on the battery. Central air conditioning was not working when we arrived.So it was super hot and super muggy in the home , but there was a technician out within an hour. Sitting six rows back at the beach because there was so many ppl was odd, couldn't see the water or let toddlers play because it was THAT crowded. Property was nice , bikes were fun but back to gulf shores for us because of too many people

First Time Visit

My family and I visited Destin for the first time this year. I was told we needed to stay at Sandestin. At first, I was hesitant because the resort is so large and it seems overwhelming. But I'm so glad I found this house! It was so nice to stay somewhere and not have to wait for an elevator. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Unfortunately, the golf cart wasn't working properly when we got there. But the property manager was quick to respond and arranged for the golf cart to be taken to a vendor. We were disappointed that the golf cart didn't come back until Friday afternoon, however, driving to and from the beach wasn't bad at all. It was a quick drive and we were always able to find parking. We will defintely be back!

Our happy place for a week

Wow! Really couldn’t ask for more, than this property has to offer. Easy access to all amenities on property and the golf cart was truly an incredible bonus!! There were a total of 6 sleeping and living there and we all felt we had plenty of room/space! Everyone slept wonderfully each evening. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor cooking, but did enjoy sitting next to the waters edge. If you are the fishing type, bring a pole!! The swimming pools were inviting…we however opted for the BEACH!! So easy to load everyone on the golf cart, plus being able to roll on over and back on our own leisure was amazing! Can’t wait to book again…
