First floor:
- Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 4x8m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to October. Depth from 1m50 to 2m.
- 850 m² of enclosed, private, south-facing grounds with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-la-Vernède, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
