Sea Oats is a stunning Bahamian oceanfront home. Conceived by the acclaimed Cronk Duch Architects. The property was built in 2018 in a fabulous Hamptons/Colonial style and the interior has been richly designed by Andrew Howard. Sleeping up to 10 people, this 3,500 square foot home is situated along a private road ensuring complete seclusion, but with ample amenities that are a short walk or ride away. A secluded beach and the Atlantic Ocean are just a few steps away.

This oasis is a true escape from the chaos of daily life, offering an abundance of pleasures. From finding the perfect spot to soak up the sun, or having alone time with a good book or enjoy a glass of wine while star gazing at the brilliantly clear skies. There is plenty of deck space under a covered lanai (veranda) with comfortable couches, and layoff lounge chairs placed throughout, a heated swimming pool tucked in the middle of it all. A tranquil spot out front can be found in the beautifully landscaped garden.

The kitchen and dining area offer indoor dining for 10 people with bi-fold doors leading onto the pool area, so you can enjoy the best of outdoor dining…whilst indoors! The chef’s kitchen is stocked with the highest quality appliances, including a 42” Thermador dual fuel range oven, stove and grill, Thermador dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cappuccino machine, toaster, built in refrigerator and freezer, custom made cabinetry and stone countertops throughout. Alfresco dining is available on the ocean deck, including a large gas outdoor barbecue grill.

An ocean view greets you from the windows and the same stunning seascape within the living area. When the sun has gone down you can retire to the Ocean Room to reminisce about your day. With windows on all sides, you can watch night-time embrace the island while sipping your drink. Or switch on the 65” flat screen to catch up on the latest releases and ensure that you don’t miss the big game.
The bedrooms were designed with comfort and detail in mind carefully laid out and furnished with quality linens & toiletries.

The Master bedroom is located in the main house (upstairs) and offers:

• En suite bathroom including a free-standing bathtub overlooking the ocean plus a large walk-in shower.

The Guest bedroom is located in the main house (upstairs) and offers:

The Bunk room is located in the main house (downstairs) adjacent to the kitchen/dining area and offers:

• Sleeps up to five people
• Three single beds and one queen size bed (in two bunks)

The Guest cottage is separate from the main house and accessed via a lanai. There’s a dual ocean view from the room; the side windows and large poolside windows allow you to sit in bed and watch the waves or overlook the lush Sea Oats Garden. The bedrooms offers:
• Sea and pool views, double doors opening onto the pool area, plus a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden
• King size bed
• En-suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower and double basin

This property comes with dock slip for a 34’ center console boat, washer and dryer (iron & ironing board), extra freezer located in the laundry room and back-up generator.

Sea Oats is a full concierge property. Guests have access to services from grocery/liquor provisioning to golf cart and boat rentals for an additional fee.
