Tahiti Beach House- Private beach and private dock. Extensive remodel and landscaping after Dorian. Located in Hope Town, Abaco, Bahamas by Tahiti Beach in prestigious Dorros Cove community. The house sits right on the water (calm sea of Abaco) with dock and our very own private sandy beach complete with coconut trees. Location, location, location.! If you know the island, Dorros Cove is a most coveted location. Known for one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Tahiti beach. Our house sits facing the sea of Abaco protected By lubbers quarters which Is directly across the water, this keeps the sea of Abaco protected and calm. Dock your boat knowing you can watch it from our deck. If you fish, we are minutes from Tilloo cut. We have a full house auto generator as well. You don’t have to leave the house to enjoy the sandy beach, dock and ocean. Wrap around deck allows you to enjoy the amazing beach front view of the Sea of Abaco and Tahiti Beach. Enjoy protected calm, crystal clear, blue water, and nearby Tahiti Beach (4 houses down) with its coconut grove, crescent bay beach, hidden Tilloo Cut beach and of course the famous sand bar. Sleeps 7, Two bedrooms: one is a queen, and Master bedroom features a luxury king size bed, Walk in closet. Both bedrooms feature Cathedral ceilings with large sliding glass doors to upper deck and beautiful ocean views, private bath and a private deck entrance. There is a connected small alcove room with twin day bed in queen bedroom. Great for child or best friend. The living room features cathedral ceilings, a large modern sectional sofa that converts to queen sleeping area. Room overlooks the Sea of Abaco through glass sliders that lead to wrap around deck. Amenities include central a/c throughout, smart TV, fire stick, Wifi With unlimited data WIFI internet, bottled water dispenser, Keurig, soda stream machine. (Bring your favorite k-cups) The kitchen has everything including breakfast island bar. A favorite feature is the tropical jungle path entering the home....step through your gate and wind down through the towering tropical trees, banana leaves, exotic flowers - open the door and see nothing but the ocean - very dramatic. Everyone will love the private large dock for sunsets, sun bathing, swimming and snorkeling and of course fishing! Children are welcome and can keep busy playing on our sandy beach, fishing and snorkeling. House is very close to nearby resorts Abaco Inn and Fire Fly Sunset Resort for restaurants, cocktails and music/dancing. Highly suggest renting a golf cart to explore the island. We will arrange for renters to be shown to the property upon arrival by our caretaker. Our house is managed by local professional property management team that keeps house and grounds beautiful. They will assist before or during your stay to arrange rentals/ local advice and such. If you have any problems during your stay they have a team of people to assist. We have done an extensive remodel of the house. All new kitchen, new appliances, quartz countertops. All new white washed oak wood flooring throughout the house. Everything newly painted. New larger slider windows allow for wall-to-wall view of the sea of abaco. New glass door entrance and large kitchen window that allows you to see colorful tropical garden. New air conditioner unit, new roof, new extended larger upper deck that allows beautiful views of the sea of abaco and Tahiti beach. New comfortable outdoor sectional furniture and patio dining set. Lots of new furniture, and all new kitchen appliances. Extensive landscaping was done after Dorian to replace our beach, grassy yard, coconut trees, palms, grasses and other plantings.
Perfect house to couple with the other Tahiti Beach homes close by. This house adds lots of boat slips for larger groups as dock can accommodate at least four runabouts. We do not Allow large party boats to tie up to dock in addition to the people in the house.

This house is located in beautiful Dorros Cove next to Tahiti Beach that has wonderful natural tropical plants, coconut trees.... a true tropical paradise with lots of privacy.
Many rentals show beautiful ocean view, we are actually right on the water with our own private sandy beach. We have large power generator as well. Dock can accommodate your rental boat. Please note however that the dock does not offer power or water. You can visit nearby Marina to wash down boat for nominal fee.
Our location is elevated on water and provides excellent cellular service.
Our house has exterior Ring doorbell and exterior Ring security light/cameras.
