The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers you the “Mas des Trois Sources” for rent in Gignac, a charming single-story house with a surface area of 150 m², which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a 70 m² living area, formed by two large rooms connected by a stone arch: a rotunda-style living room with a fireplace and a dining room opening onto a large shaded terrace with an open-plan kitchen, a spacious master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room, a second sleeping area with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a reading/office area overlooking the garden.
Nestled in an ocean of greenery, the house has a large enclosed garden planted with a variety of Mediterranean trees, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A large 70 m² living area comprising a 35 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided at an additional cost), two sofas, two armchairs, and a TV, connecting to the dining room opening onto a shaded terrace and featuring an open kitchen with a dining area, equipped with useful appliances (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with two large bay windows and a panoramic window overlooking the countryside and the Hérault River, with one queen-size bed (160×200). It connects to its private bathroom with a double sink, corner bathtub, and toilet.
- Bedroom 2: comprising 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with direct access to the terrace and garden on the east side, comprising 2 single beds (90*200)
A large hallway allows the occupants of these two bedrooms to access their private bathroom, equipped with a double sink unit, a shower cubicle, and a toilet.

A laundry area equipped with a washing machine and laundry equipment (ironing board and iron) and household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, and brooms) is also available.

Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden with trees, measuring 1,800 m², overlooking the Hérault River; east-facing.
- A terrace surrounding the farmhouse from east to west, passing through the south, with a pergola covered in wisteria, allowing you to enjoy the space for meals and relaxation (table and garden furniture).
- - Relaxation area: 6-seater Jacuzzi, two deckchairs and large parasol.

The house is ideally located in Gignac, in a very wooded and quiet environment, with easy access to the banks of the Hérault river on foot, where you can admire the wildlife and the landscape. You can also enjoy all the essential shops in the town center (bakery, banks, restaurants, newsagent, etc.) as well as other shops in the town's commercial zone. The Gignac market takes place every Saturday morning.

- Access to the banks of the Hérault (Maison du Fleuve – Meuse dam in Gignac) to admire the wildlife and the river
- Hiking in the Gorges de l'Hérault or on the trails of the Cirque de l'Infernet.
- Visit Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France (15 minutes away)
- Discover the Pont du Diable and swim at its beach.
- Explore the nearby Clamouse caves.
- Wine tours and tastings at nearby estates.
- Canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding on the Hérault River.
- Markets and local events in Gignac or Aniane.
- Outdoor activities: mountain biking, rock climbing, caving, horseback riding.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can easily park in front of the property (private parking) or in a dedicated parking space located just behind the garden entrance.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Montpellier Saint-Roch train station – about 35 minutes by car.
- Montpellier Méditerranée Airport – about 45 minutes by car.
