Located in the heart of the Hérault region, close to Pézenas, Clermont-l’Hérault and the Languedoc vineyards (Terrasses du Larzac), the house offers three bedrooms, a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with both bathtub and shower, as well as pleasant outdoor spaces including a terrace, outdoor kitchen area, barbecue and relaxation corner.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay (dishes, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine) and includes a starter kit with basic essentials (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt and pepper).

End-of-stay cleaning is included with dedicated fees. Guests are simply asked to remove used bed linen and take out the rubbish before departure. The village practices waste sorting, including household waste, packaging and paper recycling, with glass and organic waste collection points located approximately 300 metres from the house.

A folding baby cot is available. The house is single-level and easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility (only one step at the entrance).

The village of Fontès offers several local shops and services within walking distance: a newsagent/tobacco shop and grocery store (both offering fresh baguettes and croissants), a restaurant-bar-tabac, a pharmacy, and the famous Fontès cooperative winery, known for its rosé wines and the traditional “Nuit du Rosé” summer event. The medieval village church is also worth discovering. Two nearby campsites offer seasonal restaurants.

At 500 metres from the house, an agora sports area (basketball, mini-football and children’s playground) is accessible on foot, as well as a pétanque court located about 200 metres away near the church.

A peaceful environment, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Pézenas is about 10 minutes by car, Béziers 25 minutes and the Mediterranean beaches approximately 35 minutes away. Béziers SNCF train station and Béziers Cap d’Agde airport are easily accessible. Numerous tourist sites, vineyards and cycling routes nearby.
