This beautiful studio in Hyères les Palmiers is ideal for a relaxing getaway on the Var Riviera.

Located on the first floor of the Villa "Marie Laure," this 36 m² apartment puts you in the heart of the vibrant city life, at the foot of the Castéou hill and in the Beauregard district.

You'll appreciate this unique and functional living space, which combines a sleeping area, a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet, all with breathtaking views of the city.

The living space is optimized for your comfort and can accommodate up to four guests.

For your nights, you'll have a large double bed (160x190 cm) for complete rest, while a sofa bed (140x190 cm) provides comfortable accommodation for two additional guests.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

In terms of amenities, everything has been designed to make your stay easier: the kitchen has a microwave and a Nespresso machine for energizing mornings. You will also find an iron, a garment steamer, a hairdryer, and a handheld vacuum cleaner at your disposal.

For your absolute comfort, the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.
