It comprises an attractive 87 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms with video projectors or TV, two shower rooms (with showers) and a 1,250 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180x200) and a single trundle bed (90x200).

Raised ground floor:
- An 87 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Cookeo,
Airfryer, American fridge...

Upstairs:
- A relaxation area suitable for children: with an extra double sofa bed and a mezzanine with two mattresses (80x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3 : with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (120x190)
- Bedroom 4 master suite: with king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room with double shower and WC
- Shower room with separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: gas barbecue (the traveller is responsible for replacing the bottle if it is empty), high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 4x8 m swimming pool (private, unheated), open all year round.
- A lovely 1,250 m² fully enclosed garden
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Ners, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Vézénobres is a superb perched medieval village just 5 minutes away.
- Numerous must-see sites, including the Pont du Gard, the Bamboo Grove at Anduze, the Cévennes steam train and several caves.
- Hiking and outdoor activities: You can also take advantage of the rivers, markets and walks on site.
- Several towns of note are nearby: Nîmes, Uzès, Aigues-Mortes and Avignon.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 spaces under an awning) or up to 5 vehicles on the property.

- Nearest train station: Alès, 14km away.
- Nearest airport: Montpellier 90km away.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- The swimming pool is open all year round (not heated).
