The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and the spacious living room leads out to a lovely deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Located in the heart of Mission Beach, you`ll be steps away from the sand, restaurants, bars, and the bay.

This beautiful and updated upstairs beach bungalow is the perfect home away from home for your San Diego vacation. It is located in the heart of Mission Beach, just steps away from the bay and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean. The apartment is approximately 900 square feet and is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The bungalow features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and its own fully updated en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms also have their own smart TVs, so you can relax and watch your favorite shows before bed. The bathrooms are stocked with quality hotel towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, so you don`t need to worry about packing those essentials.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a big smart TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential tools and appliances you need to cook and prepare a gourmet meal. You`ll find high-quality cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room opens up to a large deck with a set of table and chairs and other available seating so you can relax outside. There is also a BBQ available for your use, so you can cook your own meals and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.

The apartment can comfortably sleep four guests, but we also provide a high-quality 8 inch queen blow-up mattress for the living room as the 3rd bed option, which is available in one of the closets. There is high-speed internet throughout the apartment, so you can stay connected during your stay.

The bungalow also comes with a designated parking spot in the garage for a small to medium car. There is also a private washer and dryer available for your convenience. If you prefer to have your laundry done for you, there is a laundromat within walking distance that offers drop-off service at an affordable weight-based fee. The beach cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However, if you wish for a cleaning and change of linens during your stay, we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of $120. Please give us one day`s notice so we can schedule it accordingly.

The bungalow is pet-friendly, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small to medium dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied if we have to do extra cleaning for urine/soil stains or excessive hair or sand because of the pet.

For your safety and security, there are recording devices located outside the units, recording 24/7. These recording devices are for your safety and the safety of others.

Overall, this beach bungalow is the perfect place to call home during your San Diego vacation. It`s cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

We have space for a medium to small car in the Garage but you are going to want to walk around MB or take an UBER/LYFT. The restaurants/bars/shops are all within walking distance to the apartment.

If you have any questions, please don`t hesitate to call or text the owners as they live just 15 minutes away. The host will not be present for check-in or check-out, but the process is easy with a 4-digit keyless entry. Please note that during apartment turnover, the host will use both washer/dryers in the garages, so they won`t be available for guest use until after cleaning is complete. Turnover typically occurs from 11am to 4pm on designated days. For your safety and that of others, there are Ring cameras outside the units that record 24/7.

Mission Beach is San Diego`s classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. Bayside Bungalow is located in Central Mission Beach on the bayside of Mission Blvd. The Bay is located about 25 yards from this home and the ocean is right across the street about 100 yards.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at this apartment and fines will be issued for violating these rules. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.
There are Rig cameras (Recording Devices) for your safety located outside the units and recording 24/7. This is for your safety and the safety of others.

Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can walk to everything in Mission Beach/Pacific Beach from this Apartment. There area also scooter/bike rental places everywhere in Mission Beach. The Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance. I would also recommend parking your car and using UBER/Lyft to get around or just walk as everything you need is within walking distance from this unit. We do have a small One car Garage that fits a small/medium car.
We have a guest Manual on the property, please take the time to read it. It will show you some of the house rules/WIFI info and important tips about the apartment. PLease respect the quite hours after 10pm and absolutely no parties. Call or text me if you have any questions.
We have a partner company that rents Golf carts and gets them delivered/Picked up to the house for free. If you need to get around Mission Beach/Pacific Beach in Style you might consider renting one of these as you will find them very comfortable, easy to park and street legal. Their website is below.

Please ensure that you respect the other guests staying in the vacation home during your stay and follow the quiet hours after 10 pm as there is another apartment downstairs that is also shared.
Quiet Hours after 10pm. Please wash sand from feet prior to entry into the apartments, we have a hose and buckets for your feet to soak in and get rid of the sand. The Host will utilize both WASHER/DRYER in both garage`s during turnover of the apartments so during those times the washer/dryers will not be available for guest to use until after all cleaning has been done. Typical hours are 11 to 4pm during turnover days.
