The property was great! Wonderful hosts! Very clean, useful amenities, close by to beach and other activities. We loved seeing the dolphins off the dock!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, walking distance to the beach, ice cream and some restaurants. The owners were nice and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely Stay

The home is nicely appointed with quality furniture and bedding, good TVs and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and screened lanai are very nice, with a lovely vista of the intercoastal. Beach access was very convenient, and good restaurants were also easy to walk to. Quiet, attractive neighborhood.

Million Dollar View

Enjoyed an extended stay at this location. Beautiful, well-appointed home, quiet neighborhood, great location within walking distance to beach and other Marco favorites, and the water view has to be one of the best on the island! Great experience all around.

Gorgeous place!

My family and I had an amazing time. The house is in a prime location and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The property manager was very attentive and the description of the property was accurate. The view was spectacular! We saw dolphins and big fish swimming by daily. Would go back there without a doubt!

Amazing View!

My husband and I had the most relaxing time unwinding at this beautiful property! The location of the home was spectacular. The wide open views of the waterway are some of the best on Marco Island. We enjoyed watching boats and dolphins daily. We had a fun time fishing right off the private dock. The home is very well located to walk or bike to the beach and walk to restaurants and shops without the hassle of parking. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and all the furniture was extremely comfortable. The owners are very communicative and friendly! We can't wait to come back in the future!!

The house was clean and very well stocked in all areas and the beach chairs/umbrellas were in great working condition. The kitchen was well stocked with many items and lots of dishes. The back screened porch had a lot of comfy furniture including a large dining table. The pool was shaded all day making it too cool to use. We were notified by the owner in advance that the dock was damaged and couldn't be used - which was very disappointing as it was the only sunny area in the back. We ended up laying in the sun in the front yard on non-beach days - yes, tacky but sun is sun!The front bedroom (off the front door) was very stuffy if the doors were closed and there is no closet in this room. The bedroom with 2 twins had a crib in it as well for guests.The host was always very responsive.We definitely would stay there again once the dock situation is resolved.

Best View in Marco!

We’ve been to Marco many times and have stayed in some very nice homes on the water. Hands down this is the best home we’ve ever stayed in. It came exactly as advertised and the communication with the property owners themselves was great. They responded instantly any time we reached out them. All of the doors open completely up to reveal one of the most expansive water views on the island. We felt like we were living on a lake all week rather than tucked away on a narrow channel. We took the bikes for rides around the neighborhood and walked the few short blocks to the beach everyday using the cooler and wagon and beach chairs they provided in the garage. If this house is available for your dates book it asap.
