Diese 2600+ sq ft Haus am Wasser verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, alle auf einer Ebene. Sobald Sie durch die Tür gehen, werden Sie mit Blick auf den beheizten Pool und die Wasserstraße des Ozeans zum Golf von Mexiko begrüßt. Die riesige, abgeschirmte Veranda hält die Insekten fern und lässt die Sonne herein! Auf dem neuen Steg ist außerdem viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden, Beobachten des Sonnenauf- und -untergangs, Angeln oder Beobachten der Delfine und Seekühe. Wenn Sie zur richtigen Zeit kommen, können Sie frische Mangos von unserem Mangobaum genießen.

Lust auf weiche weiße Sandstrände? Vielleicht möchten Sie einfach auf eines der vier Fahrräder in der Garage springen und die kurze Fahrt machen. Es gibt auch einen neuen Zweiradanhänger für die Kleinen oder zum Transportieren von Strandutensilien. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten am Strand gehören auch ein Kühler, ein Wagen und Liegestühle. Sie finden hier auch zwei Paddle-Boards und Schwimmwesten, die sich hervorragend zum Starten vom Dock und zum Betrachten der Nachbarschaft vom Wasser aus eignen! Und natürlich gibt es jede Menge Strandtücher. Sie können auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad einkaufen, Minigolf spielen, ins Kino gehen und gut essen.

Wenn Sie bereit sind, hineinzukommen, erwarten Sie zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett. Indoor Dining für bis zu 12 Personen sowie einen Laufstall und einen Hochstuhl. Drei große Smart-TVs mit Kabel sorgen für Unterhaltung im Haus - oder genießen Sie eine DVD, ein Buch oder ein Spiel. Im Inneren werden Sie kürzlich aktualisierte Möbel und Dekor bemerken.

In den örtlichen Yachthäfen werden zahlreiche Aktivitäten angeboten - Angelcharter, Bootsverleih und Jet-Ski, Delfinbeobachtungsausflüge, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten und ein Express-Party-Shuttle nach Key West. The house was great. It was very clean, had everything you might need in the kitchen, and the floor plan worked well for family time together or time alone to nap or read. The dock was wonderful. Location was very convenient to grocery, beach, and restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question we might have. Hope we can have more family get-togethers here.

Great stay in Marco- amazing location!

We enjoyed our time at the house. We frequent Marco island and had another great week here ! The location on water is beautiful and walkable to a ton of restaurants and the beach. The owners were very easy to work with and contact, thanks again!

Great house in a great location!

This is our second time staying at this property and we had a great time. The homeowners are so responsive and easy to work with. The house is on a nice, quiet street with beautiful canal views and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful time on Marco Island

Our family really enjoyed our stay here for almost two weeks. The layout of the house, the pool and the dock were all high points. The beds were also super comfy, which is great. Owners respond quickly and are very helpful.

Wonderful Vacation!

This is our fourth time to Marco Island and by far our favorite house to stay. The hosts were so available and easy to work with. The house has everything you need and was very clean. We really enjoyed access to the Jet Ski lift for the paddle boards (included) and kayak that we rented. We are already looking into renting again next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Second stay

This was the second time our family stayed at Mark and Sonia house and was once again a great experience. Marco Island Paradise

Group of senior friends who vacation together each year in Florida. This year we selected Marco Island and this lovely home. Our stay was wonderful. Mark and Sonia are exceptional hosts; everything about the home itself and process of renting was excellent. Communication with Mark and Sonia was easy with very quick response time. Fantastic Christmas at Marco Island

Spent Christmas and New Years on Marco Island with family and their significant others. The house was perfect. Just as detailed in the posting. We soaked up the sun, rode bikes to the beach, and enjoyed the warm pool every evening. Also close to so many adventures in the everglades, which made this an ideal location. The hosts were excellent. Quick responses and provided a number of great suggestions that we took advantage of. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Marco Island. Thank you Mark and Sonia for a great time at your home!

Went Beyond our expectations.

Sonya and Mark were excellent host. Property was everything we expected plus more. Clean in and out, layout was perfect for our family of 7. We used the heated pool numerous times but also went to the gorgeous beach within walking distance. We loved walking the neighborhood in the mornings before we were busy with our family. Sonya went way beyond by having a Christmas tree and ornaments that our small granddaughters loved for the Christmas season. We are looking forward to spending more time in their lovely home.

Wonderful three week visit

We have rented several properties on Marco Island over the years and this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the open and well-equipped kitchen. The office was a bonus for remote work. The lanai and pool area had a nice balance of sun and shade. We also enjoyed meals on the the deck table outside the lanai. The hosts answered all our questions promptly. Finally, the location is ideal—close to the beach and easy access for boaters or in our case, paddle boarders to the gulf. My husband paddled out to the gulf most days.

Perfect Home

We absolutely loved this home! We have stayed in Marco several years and this home was our favorite. The location was great! The walkability to restaurants, shops and the beach was perfect for us. The home is lovely, well stocked and very comfortable. The layout was perfect too. Each of two couples had their own separate sleeping/bathroom areas. We also had a short visit from our son and his family and there was plenty of room for them. One of the top things we value is the quick and responsible response from the homeowner or manager. We had a few questions and we received answers very quickly. We thank them for that and the use of this amazing home!

Fabulous Stay

We had a great time in Marco Island. We traveled with 2 jetskis and a boat and we found this house to be very accommodating for the use of these equipments. The house has quick access to the ocean. We visited Keewardin Island in various occasions and we highly recommend it. We also visited Cape Romano by boat and jetskis. The beach is close to the house but we always used the cars to go, and parked in the parking lots. The layout of the house is great for two families. We each had a side, and the common areas are spacious and very well designed. I fell in love with the mango tree. Those mangoes were heaven! There are a couple of little things that need some TLC but that didn't impede that we had a great time and would love to come back again soon. Thanks Mark and Sonia for trusting us with your beautiful house.

Spring Break Family Vacation

I would highly recommend staying at this house. The location was perfect! The house was comfortable, spacious, and accommodated the comfort of living while vacationing! The kids lived swimming at their convenience and in privacy, fishing off the dock, and hanging at the beach(which is a short 5 min ride). We would definitely stay again! This Vrbo was wonderful👍👍👍 It had everything from bicycles, paddle boards, toys for pool, great location, and a wonderful house to stay in!,, Would definitely recommend the stay here Owners were very nice and accommodating Thank you 😀

Amazing property

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property was everything as advertised. The street was nice and quiet. Everything was beautifully remodeled and we had access to every imaginable pool toy and beach toys. Mark and Sonya were very communicable and accommodating. We could recommend this property enough. We can’t wait to come back.

Family, Family, Family

Our family of Mom, 5 adult children, and one toddler had a delightful time. The rental was clean and roomy enough for all of us to get together or have our private space. Our family likes to cook so the updated kitchen with high-end appliances was perfect for all to participate. Absolutely loved watching the dolphins and using the paddle boards from the dock. Sonia was a super host, too. We would stay there again.

Great home

Beautiful, clean home in a great location. The owners were extremely helpful & attentive. They've gone above & beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need while you're there. We would stay here again.

The home features two bedrooms on each end of the house, with the gathering areas in the middle. A master bedroom suite on each end of the house with direct access to the pool deck, plus an additional bedroom on each side. Five sets of sliding glass doors open to the lanai and newly remodeled pool with travertine decking. An ideal layout for multi-generational or multi-family vacations.
