Enter “St. Regis 3408” to an open concept living space including a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, dining room, and a spacious, comfortable living room that features a big screen television. The sliding glass doors off the living room open to a balcony with spectacular ocean views.
Down the hallway you’ll find a laundry room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own television. The master bedroom features a queen bed, wider doors to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, grab bars in the bathroom, ocean views that will leave you breathless, and private access to the balcony off the living room.
The second bedroom includes a twin over double bunkbed and ocean views. The third bedroom includes a queen bed. The second and thirds bedrooms both have access to a shared, private balcony with ocean views.
This community features a huge luxury pool right off the beach, boardwalks that lead to a private gazebo, fitness center, sauna, basketball court, playground, volleyball area, business center, wireless internet throughout the complex, banquet halls available for rent, Ocean's Edge (a full-service restaurant), snack bar by the outdoor pool and gift shop. Oceanside Outdoor Pool typically available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, subject to HOA's discretion. Indoor Pool and Hot Tub are unavailable due to repairs.
Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
