The property was clean, well stocked with necessities. Only down side was the light in the pool was not functioning. Kids would have like to swim at night. Otherwise it was perfect.

The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating but the best part was the pool. It was large and deep. Good for lap swimming and the lanai was lovely with lots of comfortable seating. The pool area was completely surrounded by beautiful plants and trees and totally isolated. It was an oasis. We have stayed in many homes in the Pelican area of Cape Coral and this one stands out. We will stay here again.

I highly recommend to anyone that vacations or is visiting Cape Coral/Ft Myers area to look into this property. Very relaxing and comfortable to say the least. Very clean, spacious and warm with everything you would want. The grounds are nicely manicured, the pool area is private and great place to relax.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The pool area was a highlight—private, clean, and perfect for unwinding. The location was great, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful.The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had such a lovely stay here. Wendy was extremely helpful and communicative. The house was very clean and the bed was really soft and comfortable. The pool area was serene, private, and peaceful. The location was close enough to everything (shopping, beaches, etc.) while not being in the hustle and bustle of normal tourist hotspots. I travel extensively for work and did not want my vacation time spent in another standard hotel or resort. I'm so glad I found this place. For anyone looking for a relaxing, easy-going, and comfortable vacation spot, this is the perfect place. I absolutely plan to stay here again!!!!!

This is a really comfortable and quiet property. It is situated in a nice residential area, with a lovely pool and backyard living area. The house has good quality beds and linens, comfortable furniture and all the things you would expect in a well thought out VRBO rental. Cape Coral is a very relaxed and well-maintained city; the roads and bike lanes are excellent. Shopping and food services are first rate. Special shout out to Bryan owner of Cape Coral eBike Rentals and Lobster Lady Seafood Market. Also thanks to Wendy and her family for sharing their special place, it is appreciated.

Wonderful family getaway
